Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը, Հայաստանի տեղեկատվական համակարգերի գործակալության հետ համագործակցությամբ, հայտարարում է «Ունենալ և վարել ավտոմեքենա» կյանքի իրադարձության թվայնացման մասին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՆԳ նախարարությունը:

Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վաճառելու կամ գնելու գործարքը հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել ցանկացած վայրից՝ առանց այցելելու հաշվառման-քննական ստորաբաժանում (ՀՔԲ)։

Ոլորտում թվայնացման գործընթացներն ուղղված են տրանսպորտային միջոցների ձեռքբերման, վաճառքի, ինչպես նաև գրանցման գործընթացների պարզեցմանն ու կատարելագործմանը։

Քաղաքացիները հնարավորություն կունենան՝

խնայել ժամանակը՝ գործարքը կնքելով րոպեների ընթացքում,

խուսափել ժամեր ձգվող հերթերից,

նվազեցնել ֆինանսական ծախսերը,

ամբողջությամբ բացառել թղթաբանությունը:

Առցանց տրանսպորտային միջոցներ ձեռք բերելու կամ վաճառելու համար՝

գործարքը պետք է սկսի վաճառողը,

վաճառվող տրանսպորտային միջոցը կարող է ունենալ միայն հերթական կամ ցանկալի պետհամարանիշ,

գնորդը պետք է ունենա վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական՝ գործարքն իրականացնելու համար,

և՛ գնորդը, և՛ վաճառողը պետք է անցնեն խիստ նույնականացում («ԵսԵմ» համակարգի միջոցով)՝ անվտանգության բարձր մակարդակ ապահովելու նպատակով։

Գործարքի առանձնահատկությունները

Այս փուլում գործընթացը նախատեսված է միայն երկու այնպիսի անհատների միջև գործարք կնքելու համար, ովքեր ունեն վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական,

տրանսպորտային միջոցի համարանիշը չի փոփոխվում, հետևաբար վաճառողը տրանսպորտային միջոցը պարզապես հանձնում է գնորդին,

գործարքի վճարման պահին ինքնաշխատ կերպով կհաշվարկվեն և կներկայացվեն անհրաժեշտ հարկերն ու տուրքերը:

Ուշադրություն. սեպտեմբերի 1-ից կներդրվեն նաև վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականի ու հաշվառման վկայագրի թվային տարբերակները։

Թվային փաստաթղթերը կարտացոլվեն Roadpolice.am կայքում՝ օգտատիրոջ անձնական էջում, և վերջինիս համար լրացուցիչ դիմումների կամ վճարների կարիք չի լինի։
