Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանը ուղերձ է հղել Բռնի անհետացումների զոհերի միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ:
«Օգոստոսի 30-ը նշվում է որպես Բռնի անհետացումների զոհերի միջազգային օր:
Բռնի անհետացումը մարդու իրավունքների վրա ազդեցություն ունեցող ամենածանր և երկարատև խնդիրներից է, որի հետևանքները զգացվում են ոչ միայն հակամարտությունների ժամանակահատվածում, այլ նաև դրանցից հետո՝ շարունակ խաթարելով բռնի անհետացած անձանց և նրանց ընտանիքների խաղաղ ու արժանապատիվ կյանքը։
Ցավոք, այսօր էլ ամբողջ աշխարհում բազմաթիվ անձանց ճակատագրեր շարունակում են մնալ անհայտ։ Այս տարիների ընթացքում հավաքագրել, միջազգային տարբեր դերակատարներին և ներպետական իրավասու մարմիններին ենք ներկայացրել սկսած 1990-ականներից, 44-օրյա մարտական գործողություններից մինչև 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերյան իրադարձությունների և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից հայերի բռնի տեղահանման հետևանքով գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ անձանց ու նրանց ընտանիքների իրավունքների խախտումներին առնչվող խնդիրները՝ բոլորին ուղերձ հղելով առ այն, որ այս հարցերն ամենահրատապներից են:
Որպես Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան՝ հատուկ ընդգծում եմ, որ բռնի անհետացման յուրաքանչյուր դեպք ուղղակի ազդեցություն ունի մարդու իրավունքների ողջ համակարգի վրա։
Այս օրվա կարևոր ուղերձներից մեկն էլ պետություններին ուղղված հստակ հիշեցումն է՝ հարգել յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի իրավունքը՝ իմանալու ճշմարտությունն իրենց հարազատների ճակատագրերի վերաբերյալ և գործադրել առավելագույն ջանքերը այդ ուղղությամբ։ Միջազգային դերակատարներն էլ իրենց մանդատի շրջանակներում պետք է գործադրեն բոլոր հնարավոր ջանքերը՝ աջակցելու ճշմարտության բացահայտմանը և տուժած ընտանիքների իրավունքների լիարժեք վերականգմանն ու պաշտպանությանը։
Համոզված եմ՝ անհրաժեշտ է համատեղ ջանքեր գործադրել, որպեսզի յուրաքանչյուր անձի ճակատագիրը պարզվի, իսկ նրանց ընտանիքները մշտապես գտնվեն պետության աջակցության և հոգածության ներքո՝ երբեք չմնալով միայնակ»։
