Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից տրանսպորտային միջոցի սեփականության փոխանցումը հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել նաև առցանց

Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից Հայաստանում տրանսպորտային միջոցների սեփականության փոխանցման (առուվաճառքի) գործարքները հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել առցանց՝ առանց հաշվառման-քննական ստորաբաժանում այցելելու։ Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՆԳ նախարարությունը։
Նախաձեռնությունը իրականացվում է նախարարության և Հայաստանի տեղեկատվական համակարգերի գործակալության համագործակցությամբ՝ «Ունենալ և վարել ավտոմեքենա» կյանքի իրադարձության թվայնացման շրջանակում։
Թվայնացման նպատակն է պարզեցնել և կատարելագործել տրանսպորտային միջոցների ձեռքբերման, վաճառքի և գրանցման գործընթացները։
Քաղաքացիները հնարավորություն կունենան խնայել ժամանակը՝ գործարքը կնքելով րոպեների ընթացքում, խուսափել ժամեր ձգվող հերթերից, նվազեցնել ֆինանսական ծախսերը, ամբողջությամբ բացառել թղթաբանությունը։
Առցանց գործարքի համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ գործընթացը սկսի վաճառողը, վաճառվող տրանսպորտային միջոցը ունենա հերթական կամ ցանկալի պետհամարանիշ, գնորդը ունենա վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական, և՛ գնորդը, և՛ վաճառողը անցնեն խիստ նույնականացում «ԵսԵմ» համակարգի միջոցով։
Գործարքը նախատեսված է միայն այնպիսի անհատների միջև, ովքեր ունեն վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական։ Տրանսպորտային միջոցի համարանիշը չի փոփոխվում։ Վճարման պահին ինքնաշխատ կերպով հաշվարկվում և ներկայացվում են անհրաժեշտ հարկերն ու տուրքերը։
Սեպտեմբերի 1-ից ներդրվելու են նաև վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականի և հաշվառման վկայագրի թվային տարբերակները։ Դրանք հասանելի կլինեն Roadpolice.am կայքում՝ օգտատիրոջ անձնական էջում՝ առանց լրացուցիչ դիմումների կամ վճարների։
