Տյանցզինում մեկնարկում է ՇՀԿ գագաթնաժողովը. Եվրասիայի առաջնորդները կորոշեն զարգացման ռազմավարությունը մինչև 2035 թ.

Չինական Տյանցզին նավահանգստային քաղաքում մեկնարկում է Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՇՀԿ) 25-րդ գագաթնաժողովը։ Միջոցառումը խոստանում է լինել ամենամեծը կազմակերպության պատմության մեջ. դրան մասնակցում են ավելի քան 20 երկրների և 10 միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներ։ Չինաստանը հանդես է գալիս որպես հյուրընկալող երկիր և ՇՀԿ նախագահ։
Ուշադրության կենտրոնում են երկարաժամկետ զարգացման ռազմավարության հաստատումը, տնտեսական գործընկերության ամրապնդումը և անվտանգության ոլորտի համակարգումը։
Վայրը Չինաստանի հյուսիսում գտնվող Տյանցզին քաղաքն է։ Քաղաքը Չինաստան-Մոնղոլիա-Ռուսաստան տնտեսական միջանցքի հանգույցն է և «Մետաքսի ճանապարհի տնտեսական գոտու» ու «21-րդ դարի ծովային մետաքսի ճանապարհի» նախաձեռնությունների հատման կետը։
ՇՀԿ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստի հետ մեկտեղ կկայանա նաև «ՇՀԿ Պլյուս» ձևաչափով հանդիպում։ Հանդիպմանը կմասնակցեն մոտ 30 երկրներ և միավորումներ, այն նպատակ ունի խորացնել ՇՀԿ ռազմավարական երկխոսությունը արտաքին խաղացողների հետ։
Գագաթնաժողովի օրակարգը բաժանված է երեք մասի։
Հատուկ ուշադրություն կդարձվի ազգային արժույթներով հաշվարկների պրակտիկայի ընդլայնմանը: Կքննարկվեն նաև խոշոր տրանսպորտային նախագծեր, այդ թվում՝ «Չինաստան-Ղրղզստան-Ուզբեկստան» երկաթուղին, որի կառուցումը սկսվել է 2025 թվականի ապրիլին: ՇՀԿ անդամ պետությունների, դիտորդների և երկխոսության գործընկերների հետ Չինաստանի առևտրի ծավալը 2024 թվականին հասել է ռեկորդային 890 միլիարդ դոլարի:
Առաջնորդները կկենտրոնանան ահաբեկչության, անջատողականության և ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարի, ինչպես նաև կիբեռսպառնալիքների և թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վրա: Քննարկումը կներառի ասոցիացիայի տարածաշրջանային հակաահաբեկչական կառույցի (RATS) մեխանիզմների կատարելագործումը:
Օրակարգում ներառված են կրթական, մշակութային փոխանակումների և գիտության ու տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում փոխգործակցության հարցեր։ Չինաստանն արդեն ՇՀԿ երկրներում ստեղծել է «Լու Բանի 10 արհեստանոց»՝ մասնագիտական կրթության զարգացման համար։ Սի Ծինփինը նախկինում հայտարարել է մի ծրագրի մասին, որի շրջանակներում Չինաստանը հինգ տարվա ընթացքում Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության երկրներից 1000 երիտասարդի կհրավիրի կրթական և մշակութային փոխանակումների միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու համար:
Հանդիպման արդյունքներով, բացի տնտեսական և հումանիտար համագործակցության ոլորտներում մի շարք համաձայնագրերից, նախատեսվում է ստորագրել երկու հիմնարար փաստաթուղթ։
Տյանցզինի հռչակագիրը կամրագրի մասնակից երկրների ընդհանուր մոտեցումները արդի միջազգային խնդիրներին և համագործակցության հիմնական ուղղություններին, ներառյալ անվտանգությունը, էներգետիկան, տրանսպորտային միջանցքները և թվային տնտեսությունը։
Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ՇՀԿ) զարգացման ռազմավարությունը մինչև 2035 թվականը կսահմանի համատեղ աշխատանքի հիմնական ուղղությունները՝ հաջորդ տասնամյակի համար։ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովի խոսքով՝ այն կարտացոլի Տաշքենդում անվտանգության սպառնալիքներին հակազդելու համընդհանուր կենտրոնի և Դուշանբեում ՇՀԿ-ի հակաահաբեկչական կենտրոնի ստեղծումը։
