Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 31-ին, Կոտայքի մարզի Ձորաղբյուր բնակավայրում նախազգուշական բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացրել տեղաբնակները՝ պահանջելով որպեսզի պատկան մարմինները այդ թվում ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունը, Կոտայքի մարզպետարանը դրական լուծում տան երկար տարիներ իրենց մոտ լուրջ խնդիր առաջացրած խմելու ջրի և տրանսպորտի հարցին։ Հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը։

Աղբյուրի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները ասում էին․ «Երկու տարի է տրանսպորտ, որպես այդպիսին, չկա։ Երկու տարի է մնացել ենք տրանսպորտին կարոտ։ Ուր ասես դիմել ենք, որ պատկան մարմին ասես գնացել ենք, սակայն  հարցին ոչ մի լուծում։ Նախկինում լավ էլ ունեցել ենք տրանսպորտ։ Մենք մի հատ տրանսպորտ ունեինք, այն էլ չգիտենք որ օլիգարխը հասցրեց էն օրվան, որ էլ սկսեց չաշխատել, ինքն էլ ոչ մի հարց չլուծեց ու արդեն 2 տարի է տրանսպորտ չունենք։ Չորս անգամ դիմել ենք նախարարություն, չորս անգամն էլ մեկ նախադասությամբ պատասխանել են, որ տրանսպորտ կա, Աբովյանով գնում է, էլ չեն ասում, որ «Լիա» խանութի մոտից միչև այստեղ գալը 2-3 կմ է, ու մենք ստիպված ենք այդքանը ոտքով գալ ամռան այս տապին, աշնան ու գարնան անձրևներին, էլ չենք ասում ձմռան ցրտին։ Էս ի՞նչա մեր վիճակը, ինչքա՞ն կարող ենք տաքսիներից օգտվել, ոտքով հնարավոր չէ էդքան քայլել։ Վաղվանից դասերը սկսվում են ու մեր մոտից Երևանում սովորող երեխաներ ունենք, չգիտեմ էլ ոնց ենք հասցնելու, որ առանց տրանսպորտի երեխաներին դասերին հասցնենք, չուշանան։ Շատ դեպքերում տաքսին էլ չի գալիս, հրաժարվում է, ասում ա էժան ա նստում, ձեռք չի տալիս»։

Խմելու ջուր ոչ մի անգամ չի եղել, շաբաթը մեկ անգամ տվել են հիմա դա էլ չեն տալիս նորմալ, ստիպված մեքենաներով ենք բերում ամռան այս տապին։ Ո՞վ է տեսել 21-րդ դարում գոնե օրվա որոշ ժամերի, կամ գոնե շաբաթվա մի քանի օրը մարդիկ խմելու ջուր չունենան։ Մեր այս հավաքը ընդամենը նախազգուշացում է, քանի որ եթե այս երկու կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող խնդիրներին այդպես էլ լուծում չտվեցին՝ ստիպված դիմելու ենք կտրուկ միջոցների ու կաթվածահար ենք անելու Աբովյան-Երևան երթուղին։Չենք ուզենա, որ հարցը դրան հասնի, բայց եթե ստիպեն՝ հաստատ այսքանով չէ՝ մի քանի հազար բնակիչներով կգնանք այդ քայլին»։
