34 տարի անց հարաբերություններ են հաստատում

Հայաստանի և Պակիստանի արտգործնախարարներ Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Մոհամմադ Իշաք Դարը Չինաստանում ստորագրել են երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատելու մասին համատեղ կոմյունիկե: Ստորագրման արարողությունը կայացել է Չինաստանի Թիենծին քաղաքում, ՇՀԿ գագաթաժողովի շրջանակներում:
Կոմյունիկեի ստորագրումով Հայաստանը և Պակիստանը հաստատում են դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ։ Հայաստանի անկախացումից 34 տարի անց միայն Պակիստանը պատրաստակամություն էր հայտնել ճանաչել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և հարաբերություններ հաստատել Երևանի հետ:
Պակիստանը Ադրբեջանի մերձավոր դաշնակիցներից է և զենքի հիմնական մատակարարներից: 44-օրյա պատերազմի օրերին Հայաստանը, այդ թվում, մեղադրում էր Պակիստանին Ադրբեջանին աջակցելու համար, իսկ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել էր, որ որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ Պակիստանի բանակի հատուկ ջոկատայիններն եղել են մարտի դաշտում:
Պակիստանը նաև թշնամական հարաբերություններ ունի Հնդկաստանի հետ, որը վերջին շրջանում դարձել է Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ ռազմավարական գործընկերը և զենքի գլխավոր մատակարարը: Փաշինյանը Թիենցինում հանդիպել է Հնդկաստանի վարչապետ Նարենդրա Մոդիի հետ. «Հնդկաստանը և Հայաստանը պահպանում են ջերմ և զարգացող հարաբերությունները՝ հիմնված բարեկամության և փոխադարձ համագործակցության վրա», – գրել է Մոդին:
Երևանն այժմ պետք է Նյու Դելիին բացատրի, թե ինչու է այս պայմաններում հարաբերություններ հաստատում Հնդկաստանի թշնամու հետ։ Ըստ ամենայնի, Պակիստանի հետ հարաբերությունների հաստատումը Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի պահանջն էր, իսկ Փաշինյանը, սովորության համաձայն, չի կարողացել մերժել Անկարային ու Բաքվին։ Սակայն արտաքինից ամեն ինչ շատ անդուր է երևում։
