Եթե դու մի անկողնուց դուրս ես գալիս, քեզ գցում ես ուրիշ անկողին, հետո երրորդ անկողին, հետո չորրորդ անկողին, վերջին հանգրվանը պարզ է, չէ՞, որտեղ է լինում։ Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Խաչատրյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին՝ հնարավո՞ր է լավ հարաբերություններ ունենալ աշխարհի բոլոր երկրների հետ, քանի որ հիմա էլ Պակիստանի հետ հարաբերություններ սկսելու մեկնարկ է տրվել, կարծես:
«Բազմաթիվ օրինակներ կան համաշխարհային պատմությունից, երբ դու փորձել ես միաժամանակ նստել 12 աթոռի վրա, հետո այդ 12 աթոռները միաժամանակ այն կողմ են գնացել, և դու հայտնվել ես գետնին: Պետք է սկզբունքային լինել: Մենք հայտնվել ենք մի վիճակում, որ իրոք չունենք որևէ բարեկամ պետություն, որը պատրաստ լինի և ասի՝ ձեր կողքը կանգնած ենք: Սա այս ոչ սկզբունքային քաղաքականության ուղղակի հետևանքն է»,- ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով ԵԱՏՄ-ից հնարավոր դուրս գալուն՝ նա ասաց, որ իշխանությունները փորձում են եվրոպացիներին ցույց տալ, որ երկրի ընթացքը դեպի Եվրամիություն «անկասելի է»: Սակայն, պատգամավորի խոսքով, «ծիծաղաշատ օրենք» ընդունելուց հետո ոչ մի իրական քայլ չի արվել այդ ուղղությամբ։
Խաչատրյանը նաև մտահոգություն հայտնեց ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագրերի հնարավոր վտանգների շուրջ։ Նա նշեց, որ հրապարակված փաստաթղթերում բաց է թողնված մի շարք հարցեր, ինչը հիմք է տալիս ենթադրել, որ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի մի մասը կարող է երրորդ կողմին երկարաժամկետ վարձակալության հանձնվել:
«Ես ողջամիտ կասկած և մտահոգություն ունեմ, որ ենթակառուցվածքները կառուցելուց հետո 99 տարով Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքը երրորդ կողմին վարձակալության հանձնելու հարցը կրկին կդառնա օրակարգային։ Սա կարող է լուրջ անվտանգային և տարածաշրջանային ապակայունացման ռիսկեր առաջացնել»,- ասաց նա։
