Մեր տարածաշրջանի յուրաքանչյուր պետության հետ Չինաստանը ունի իր առաջնահերթությունները. Ադրբեջանի դեպքում դա էներգառեսուրսներն են և լոգիստիկ հնարավորությունները. միևնույն ժամանակ իրենք երբեք չեն մոռանում Ադրբեջանի սերտ հարաբերությունները Թուրքիայի հետ, իսկ Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները Չինաստանի համար հատուկ կետ են։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Չինաստանում Հայաստանի նախկին արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Մանասարյանը։

«Վրաստանը մինչև վերջերս իրենց հետաքրքրում էր որպես լոգիստիկ կետ։ Նրանք անմիջապես ստորագրեցին և մուտքի արտոնագրերից հրաժարվեցին։ Իրենք Վրաստանի հետ կապված են շատ լուրջ ինվեստիցիոն ծրագրերով և շատ լուրջ աշխատում են։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանին, ապա ես ասել եմ,  որ Չինաստանը ունի սուպեր պրագմատիկ արտաքին քաղաքականություն, Հայաստանը իրենց հետաքրքրում է և լոգիստիկ առումով,  պոտենցիալ ունեցող ճանապարհը, որը դեռ պիտի կառուցվի, խոսքը վերաբերում է Իրանից դեպի Հյուսիս-Հարավ, Իրանից Հայաստանով դեպի Վրաստանի նավահանգիստ։ Դա շատ հետաքրքիր է Չինաստանի համար, և բազմիցս իրենք փորձել են ակտիվություն ցուցաբերել։ Պատրաստ էին նաև ամբողջ ճանապարհը կառուցելու, ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով Հայաստանը չհամաձայնվեց։ Պետք է անկեղծ լինել, այդ ամեն ինչը սկսվել է 2018 թվականից առաջ, 2018 թվականից առաջ մենք հնարավորություն ունեինք դա կառուցելու, բայց ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով հրաժարվեցինք դրանից։ Այդ հետաքրքրությունը Չինաստանի մոտ պահպանվել է։ Բացի դրանից, Հարավային Կովկասում, ինչպես նաև այլ կետերում, Չինաստանը կողմնակից է պարիտետային քաղաքականությանը, այսինքն բոլորին հետ հարաբերությունները պահել նույն մակարդակի վրա, որը իրեն արդյունքում բերում է դիվիդենտներ»,–ասաց նա։

Սերգեյ Մանասարյանը նկատեց, որ չի կարծում, որ Չինաստանը առանցքային շահ ունենա Սյունիքի միջանցքի հարցում. «Որովհետև Չինաստանը ունի լայն հնարավորություններ, օգտագործելով տարբեր ճանապարհներ, ապահովել իր ապրանքների և ծառայությունների տեղափոխումը։ Եթե խոսքը վերաբերում է այսպես կոչված միջանցքին, ապա եկեք գիտակցենք, որ պետք չի ասել, որ դա միջանցք է, որը կապում է Ադրբեջանը Թուրքիայի հետ։ Իմ խորին համոզմամբ, դա պետք է անվանել պանթյուրքական միջանցք, որը բավականին լուրջ վտանգներ է պարունակում և ոչ միայն Հայաստանի համար, առաջին հերթին Իրանի համար։ Այդ տեսակետից Չինաստանը ուշի–ուշով դրան հետևում է, որովհետև այդ պանթյուրքական զարգացումները Չինաստանի համար ընդունելի չեն։ Կարող է դա վտանգ առաջացնել իր սահմանների մոտ։ Բացի դրանից իրենք շատ լավ գիտակցում են՝ ինչ վտանգ է սպառնում նաև Իրանին, իսկ Իրանը Չինաստանի կարևորագույն գործընկերներից մեկն է։ Այդ իսկ առումով ես վստահ եմ, որ չինական կողմը ուշի ուշով հետևում է զարգացումների և չեմ կարծում որ իրենք անտարբեր մնան»։
