Guardian-ի սենսացիոն բացահայտումը․ Apple-ը արգելափակում է կորպորացիայից դուրս վերանորոգված iPhone-ները

iPhone 6-ի վերջին թարմացումը արգելափակում է սմարթֆոնը, եթե պարզում է, որ այն վերանորոգվել է ոչ Apple-ի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչությունում։ Խնդիրը, որի հետ բախվել են 6-րդ այֆոնների սեփականատերերը, հայտնի է նաև որպես «error 53» և այն նկատվել է ընկերության այլ պրոդուկտների շահագործման ժամանակ էլ։
Ինչպես հաղորդում է Guardian թերթը, այն հեռախոսները, որոնցում վերանորոգվել է «Home» կոճակը և դա արվել է ոչ ընկերության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչությունում, դադարել են աշխատել այն բանից հետո, երբ ներբեռնել են iOS 9 օպերացիոն համակարգը։ Թերթը մասնավորապես բերում է նման դժբախներից մեկի՝ լուսանկարիչ Անտոնիո Օլմոսի օրինակը, ում հեռախոսն արգելափակվել է «error 53»-ի պատճառով։
«Երբ Օլմոսը, ով պնդում է, որ վերջին տարիների ընթացքում հազարավոր ֆունտ սթերլինգ է ծախսել Apple-ի արտադրանքի վրա, բերել է իր այֆոնը Apple-ի լոնդոնյան սրահներից մեկը, աշխատակիցները հայտարարել են նրան, որ ոչինչ չեն կարող անել ու նրա հեռախոսն այսուհետ անպետք է», - մանրամասնում է պարբերականը։
iPhone 6-ի բազմաթիվ սեփականատերեր քննարկում են «error 53»-ը համացանցում։ Apple-ի ֆորումներում նրանցից մեկը՝ wallihall կեղծանունով, գանգատվել է, որ այլևս չի կարողանում օգտագործել իր այֆոնը, թեև ստիպված է ամեն ամիս վճարել դրա համար (Բրիտանիայում ու շատ այլ երկրներում, սմարթֆոնի արժեքը հաճախ ներառված է լինում երկամյա պայմանագրի մեջ, որը կնքում են հեռախոսակապի օպերատորի հետ)։
«Ես իսկապես փոխել եմ հեռախոսիս կոտրված էկրանը ու հասկանում եմ, որ պաշտոնապես այն հիմա համարվում է կեղծված, բայց գոնե թույլ տվեք ինձ օգտագործել այն հին օպերացիոն համակարգով։ Ես չեմ կարողանում իմ հին լուսանկարներից ու կարևոր փաստաթղթերից օգտվել, որոնք առկա էին միայն հեռախոսիս հիշողության մեջ», - գրում է նա։
Apple ընկերությունը հաստատել է Guardian-ի խմբագրությանը, որ ծրագրային ապահովումը ստուգում է, արդյո՞ք տվյալ սմարթֆոնի վրա արվել են վերանորոգողական աշխատանքներ, որոնք չեն ավտորիզացվել արտադրող ընկերության աշխատակցի կողմից։ «Error 53»-ին բախված սեփականատերերին էլ խորհուրդ է տրվում օգնության համար դիմել Apple աջակցման կետերին։
