Սամվել Կարապետյանը ներուժ ունի Հայաստանում քաղաքական լուրջ թիմ ձևավորելու․ դա պայմանավորված է նրա կազմակերպչական, մարդկային և ֆինանսական պոտենցիալով։ «Փաստ»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասել է «Դեմոկրատական այլընտրանք» կուսակցության նախագահ, քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը՝ մեկնաբանելով «Մեր ձևով» շարժման ստեղծման փաստը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ օրերս Երևանում հանդիսավոր կերպով հայտարարվեց «Մեր ձևով» կամավորական շարժման ստեղծման մասին։ Շարժման նախաձեռնողը Սամվել Կարապետյանն է, իսկ համակարգողը՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը։ Վերջինս նշել էր, որ շարժումը կամավորական բնույթ է կրում՝ որպես հարթակ, որը հնարավորություն կտա մեծ ու բարի գործեր իրականացնել՝ առանց հասարակությունը բաժանելու։ Նշվել էր նաև, որ հետագայում դրա հիմքի վրա կուսակցություն է ձևավորվելու, որի գաղափարական առաջնորդը լինելու է հենց Սամվել Կարապետյանը։

Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը նշել է․
«Նախ, ես անվերապահ աջակցություն եմ հայտնում Սամվել Կարապետյանին՝ որպես քաղբանտարկյալ, որովհետև վստահ եմ, որ նրա կալանավորումը բացարձակապես հիմնազուրկ է և ունի բացառապես քաղաքական ենթատեքստ։ Երկրորդը՝ կարծում եմ, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը ներուժ ունի Հայաստանում քաղաքական լուրջ թիմ ձևավորելու․ դա պայմանավորված է նրա կազմակերպչական, մարդկային, նաև ֆինանսական պոտենցիալով»։

Քաղաքագետը հարցադրում է արել շարժման ապաքաղաքական հռչակման հանգամանքի կապակցությամբ, երբ խոսքն ըստ էության քաղաքական գործընթացի մասին է։

Նշենք, որ շարժման ստեղծման միջոցառման ժամանակ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը պարզաբանել էր, թե ինչու է շարժումն ապաքաղաքական կամավորական․ նրա խոսքով՝ դա հարմար ձևաչափ է, որը թույլ կտա առանց հասարակությունը բաժանելու մեծ ու բարի գործեր անել։ Նա նաև հստակեցրել էր, որ սա չի նշանակում, թե հետագայում կուսակցություն չի հիմնադրվելու։

«Շարժումը մեր աշխատանքի միայն առաջին փուլն է։ ՀՀ-ում առաջիկայում ընտրական գործընթացներ են սպասվում, և դրանց մասնակցելու օրինական ձևը կուսակցական մասնակցությունն է։ Մեր գործունեության երկրորդ փուլում պատրաստվում ենք մշակված մասնագիտական ծրագրերն ու նախագծերը կուսակցության միջոցով վերածել պետական ծրագրերի։ Վստահ ենք, որ դա հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել 2026 թվականի ընտրական գործընթացների արդյունքում», – ընդգծել էր Նարեկ Կարապետյանը։
