ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Սեպտեմբերի 2-ին՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Անկախության հռչակման օրը, ծաղիկներ խոնարհեցինք «Եռաբլուր» զինվորական պանթեոնում մեր անմահ հերոսների շիրիմներին։
Այսօր պատմական օր է. 1991 թվականին այս օրն Արցախը հռչակեց իր անկախությունը՝ իրավական հիմքով, ժողովրդավարական կամքով և իրավունքների համար պատմական արդարությամբ։ Բայց այսօր, ավելի քան երեք տասնամյակ անց, տասնյակ հազարավոր արցախահայեր ստիպողաբար լքել են իրենց տները՝ թողնելով հիշողություններ, նախնիների շիրիմներ, եկեղեցիներ և մի ամբողջ ժողովրդի հազարամյակների պատմություն։
2020-2023 թթ. Ադրբեջանն Արցախում իրականացրեց էթնիկ զտում. տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդիկ անցան տառապանքներով, ենթարկվեցին վայրագությունների ու էթնիկ զտումների, դարձան փախստական ամբողջ աշխարհի աչքի առաջ՝ առանց որևէ հետևանքի։
ՀՀ իշխանություններն անգամ չդատապարտեցին այս ցեղասպան գործողությունները։
Արդյունքում՝ Արցախում այլևս հայ չի ապրում, սակայն սեփական հայրենիքում արժանապատիվ ապրելու իրավունքը հնարավոր չէ վերացնել։ Եվ այսօր՝ Արցախի անկախության հռչակման օրը, մենք միշտ հիշելու ենք, որ պատմությունը չի վերջանում, այն շարունակվում է քանի դեռ կ կա հիշողություն, իրավունքների համար պայքար և պատմական արդարության հարց։
Այսօր ադրբեջանական իշխանությունը շարունակում է զավթողական պահանջներն «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» կեղծ թեզի ներքո ամբողջ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, այդ թվում` հայկական եկեղեցիների ու մշակութային կոթողների նկատմամբ։ Սա կշարունակվի այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ադրբեջանական պահանջները հլու հնազանդ կատարվում են ՀՀ իշխանության կողմից` հանուն սեփական իշխանության»:
