SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ օգոստոսի 30-ին սպանության փորձ է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում։ Ժամը 05։45-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Տավուշի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Տավուշի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն են ստացել, որ մարզի բնակավայրի  տներից մեկից գողություն է կատարվում։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային քրեական վարչության պետ Ռոբերտ Պետրոսյանը և համայնքային ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժնի պետի պարտականությունները կատարող Մարդանյանը։

Տեղում պարզվել է, որ ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է։ 

Քրեական և համայքային ոստիկաններին Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 38-ամյա Բ․ Ռ․-ն հայտնել է, որ նույն օրը ժամը 04։30-ի սահմաններում Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ 53-ամյա Լ․ Պ․-ն ապօրինի մուտք է գործել իրենց առանձնատան 2-րդ հարկ՝ մտել է ննջասենյակ, որտեղ քնած են եղել իր կինը և 1-ամյա  դուստրը, որտեղ Լ․ Պ․-ն փորձել է խեղդել և սպանել կնոջը, այնուհետև 2 ձեռքով փորձել է խեղդել երեխային, այղ ժամանակ ինքը օգնության է հասել նրանց, իսկ նա դանակով ցանկացել է հարվածել իրեն և դանակը խլելու ժամանակ ինքը աջ ձեռքի շրջանում ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածք, այդ ընթացքում վնասվածք է ստացել նաև իր 36-ամյա քույրը։ 

Քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկանները Լ․ Պ․-ին հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով նույն հասցեից ձերբակալել և տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժին։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժնում կազմվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք Լ․ Պ․-ի հետ միասին ներկայացվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Բերդի քննչաան բաժին, որտեղ «սպանության փորձ» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
