Որակի կառավարման համակարգեր չունեցող լաբորատորիաների արտոնագրերը Հայաստանում կկասեցվեն

Որակի կառավարման համակարգեր չունեցող լաբորատորիաների գործունեությունը Հայաստանում նախատեսվում է կասեցնել մինչև դրանց անմիջական ներդրումը: Դրա մասին սեպտեմբերի 3-ին «Բնակչության բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ օրենքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ հայտարարել է առողջապահության փոխնախարար Լենա Նանուշյանը:
Փոխնախարարը հիշեցրել է, որ 2021 թվականին ընդունվել է օրենք, որը սահմանում է բոլոր լաբորատորիաների համար անհրաժեշտ որակի համակարգի ապահովման պարտադիր պահանջ: Վերջնաժամկետը սահմանվել է 2025 թվականի մարտը: Սակայն այս ընթացքում առաջացել են մի շարք գործոններ:
«Նախագծով սահմանվում է, որ միջազգային կամ տեղական հավաստագրում կամ հավատարմագրում ունեցող լաբորատորիաները բացառություն կհամարվեն: Ըստ էության, դրանք միջազգային մակարդակի հավաստագրում և հավատարմագրում արդեն ստացել են: Հետևաբար, նրանք պարտավոր չեն լինի լրացուցիչ ապահովել մեր որակի կառավարման համակարգը: Երկրորդ փոփոխությունը նախատեսում է, որ բոլոր լաբորատորիաները, որոնք չունեն որակի կառավարման համակարգեր, կկորցնեն իրենց արտոնագրերը: Առնվազն մինչև առկա և հայտնաբերված բացթողումներն ու թերությունները վերացնելը»,- նշել է Նանուշյանը:
Նախագիծը նախատեսում է նաև գրանցամատյանի ստեղծում, որը համապարփակ տվյալներ կտրամադրի ՀՀ տարածքում գործող բոլոր լաբորատորիաների վերաբերյալ։
«Այսօրվա դրությամբ 131 կազմակերպություն դրական եզրակացություն է ստացել լիազոր մարմնից»,- հայտնել է կառավարության ներկայացուցիչը։
Որոշ քննարկումներից հետո այդ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը դրական եզրակացություն է ստացել մշտական խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովից։
