Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ստորագրված փաստաթղթերում «միջանցքի» մասին չի հիշատակվում. ՀՀ-ում Իրանի դեսպան

Ո՛չ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի փաստաթղթում, ո՛չ էլ Վաշինգտոնում երկու երկրների միջև ստորագրված հայտարարության մեջ չեն հիշատակվում տրանսպորտային ուղիներ կամ «միջանցք» անվանումով որևէ բան, այլ միայն քննարկվում է տրանսպորտային ուղիների բացումը, որոնք Ադրբեջանին կապահովեն Նախիջևան մուտք գործելու հնարավորություն, մինչդեռ Հայաստանը, իր հերթին, երկաթուղով կկապվի Իրանի Ջուլֆայի հետ, Isca News-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Հայաստանում Իրանի դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին, փոխանցում է news.am-ը։
«Հայաստանը և Միացյալ Նահանգները բանավոր համաձայնության են եկել, այլ ոչ թե գրավոր, գրանցել հայ-ամերիկյան համատեղ ձեռնարկություն Հայաստանում և որոշել օպերատորին և ներդրողին նախագծի իրականացման համար, որն ամբողջությամբ կլինի Հայաստանի ազգային ինքնիշխանության և իրավասության շրջանակում և կկարգավորվի Հայաստանի անվտանգության մարմինների, անձնագրային վերահսկողության և մաքսային ընթացակարգերի կողմից։ Ըստ համաձայնագրի՝ դա յուրատեսակ օպերատորություն կլինի, այլ ոչ թե երթուղու տիրապետում»,- ընդգծել է Իրանի դեսպանը։
Ըստ դիվանագետի՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հայտարարության տեքստը, որի մանրամասները երկու երկրները պետք է քննարկեն ապագայում, լիովին հաշվի է առնում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության կողմից ցանկալի հինգ սկզբունքները, «ներառյալ ազգային ինքնիշխանության հարգանքը, սահմանների ամբողջականության հարգանքը, իրավասությունը, փոխադարձությունը և սահմանների անձեռնմխելիությունը, ուստի դրա վերաբերյալ անհանգստանալու որևէ պատճառ չկա»։
Իրանցի բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետը որպես օրինակ բերել է Երևանի օդանավակայանը, որը պատկանում է Հայաստանի կառավարությանը, և անձնագրային վերահսկողությունը, մաքսային ընթացակարգերը և անվտանգության ստուգումները իրականացնում է կառավարությունը, սակայն օդանավակայանի կառավարումը փոխանցվել է ներդրումային ընկերության, ուստի համաձայնեցված տարանցիկ երթուղու համար «99 տարվա վարձակալություն» անվան տակ օգտագործված արտահայտությունները սխալ են։
