«Ադրբեջանը հետևում է իր սեփական ուղղությանը։ Այս ուղղության առանձնահատկություններն են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բռնակցումը և 2023 թվականին խաղաղ կարգավորումից հրաժարվելը։ Ադրբեջանն օգտվեց այն փաստից, որ Հայաստանն այդ ժամանակ գլխավորում էր ոչ այնքան ազգային կառավարություն և իր ծրագրերն իրականացրեց Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ։ Դա անելու և Ռուսաստանի չխանգարելու համար, նրան անհրաժեշտ էր որոշ ժամանակ ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ դեր խաղալ»,- նշել է Զատուլինը։

Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ հենց որ Բաքվի ծրագրերը կյանքի են կոչվել՝ վերացել է Ռուսաստանի հետ ամեն ինչ համաձայնեցնելու անհրաժեշտությունը։

«Ավելին, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ռազմավարական դաշինքը ոչ միայն երկկողմ դաշինք է, այլև ապագայի ուղի՝ մեծ Թուրանի ձևավորումը շարունակելու, թյուրքական և ինչպես նրանք կարծում են Կենտրոնական Ասիա և Ռուսաստանի թուրքաբնակ որոշ շրջաններ ներթափանցելու համար։ Սա ակնհայտորեն հակասում է Ռուսաստանի շահերին և սպառնալիքներ է ստեղծում նրա համար։ Եվ քանի որ սա հիմա առաջին պլան է մղվում, Ադրբեջանի կողմից քողարկման անհրաժեշտությունը վերացել է», – հավելել է նա։
