Հայ դատի Ամերիկայի հանձնախումբը պաշտպանում է 2026 թ․ NDAA-ի հայանպաստ փոփոխությունները

Հայ դատի Ամերիկայի հանձնախումբը հանդես է եկել ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսում քննարկվող 2026 թ․ «Ազգային պաշտպանական իրավասությունների ակտի» մի շարք հայանպաստ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների աջակցությամբ ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Հայ դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակից:
Դրանք հետապնդում են.
- Հայաստանի անվտանգության ուժեղացում,
- Ադրբեջանի զորքերի դուրսբերում Հայաստանի տարածքից,
- Հայ գերիների ազատ արձակում,
- Արցախից բռնի տեղահանված հայերի վերադարձ,
- Հայկական մշակութային և կրոնական ժառանգության պաշտպանություն,
- Ադրբեջանին տրամադրվող ամորիկյան ռազմական օգնության դադարեցում,
- ԱՄՆ նախագահի՝ 907-րդ բանաձևի ամենամյա չեղարկման նախագահական իրավասության սահմանափակում,
- Զենքի մատակարարման սահմանափակումներ Թուրքիային։
Մեկնաբանելով ներկայացված նախաձեռնությունը՝ Հայ դատի Ամերիկայի հանձնախմբի Վաշինգտոնի գրասենյակի գործադիր տնօրեն Արամ Համբարյանը նկատել է․ «Ադրբեջանը կշարունակի հայ գերիների ապօրինի պահպանումը, Հայաստանի տարածքների օկուպացիան և Արցախի քրիստոնեական ժառանգության ավերումը այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ նրան պատասխանատվության չեն ենթարկում։ Կոնգրեսը պետք է վճռական քայլ կատարի՝ դադարեցնելով ռազմական օգնությունը Ադրբեջանին և ամրապնդելով Հայաստանի անվտանգությունը»։
Մի շարք փոփոխություններ վերաբերում են նաև Թուրքիային՝ արգելափակելով F-35 և F-16 ռազմական ինքնաթիռների մատակարարումն ու արդիականացումը, քանի դեռ Անկարան չի դադարեցրել ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակիցների և գործընկերների ինքնիշխանության խախտումները։
Սենատում, Ադամ Շիֆի ներկայացրած փոփոխությունը կոչ է անում դադարեցնել Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայ գերիների կեղծ դատավարությունները, ապահովել բոլոր գերիների և պատանդների ազատումը և կիրառել «Մագնիցկու գլոբալ պատժամիջոցներ»՝ մարդու իրավունքների խախտումներում ներգրավված ադրբեջանական պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ։
Այս երկկուսակցական նախաձեռնությունները ձևավորում են ամուր օրենսդրական արձագանք՝ Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգության սպառնալիքներին և ամրապնդում են Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգային քաղաքականության նկատմամբ ԱՄՆ վերահսկողությունը։
