Խորհրդային Հայաստանում ապրող ադրբեջանցիներին և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում բնակվող բնիկ հայերին չի կարելի դիտարկել նույն հարթության վրա

Դավիթ Խաժակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ՔՊԿ վարչության փոխնախագահ Վահագն Ալեքսանյանը հարցազրույցի ընթացքում, անդրադառնալով «ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձին» վերաբերող հարցին, հայտարարել է․
«Բացառում եմ, որ Հայաստան 300 000 ադրբեջանցու գալու և ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածների վերադարձի հարցը բանակցային օրակարգ դառնա»:
Ալեքսանյանը հավասարության նշան է դնում 300.000 ադրբեջանցիների (իրականում՝ այդքան չեն եղել) և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնիկ հայերի միջև։
Սա հիմնարար սխալ է և ադրբեջանական քարոզչության հետևանք
Ճշմարտությունը հետևյալն է․
Խորհրդային Հայաստանից և Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանից հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիները կոնֆլիկտի հետևանքով փոխադարձաբար գաղթել են։
Սակայն այս համատեքստում կա մի շատ կարևոր նրբություն, որը Ալեքսանյանը միտումնավոր անտեսում է․ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովուրդն ունեցել է ինքնավարություն։
Հետևաբար՝ Խորհրդային Հայաստանում ապրող ադրբեջանցիներին և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում բնակվող բնիկ հայերին չի կարելի դիտարկել նույն հարթության վրա և նույն խնդրի շրջանակում։
Ալեքսանյանի հայտարարությունն իր մեջ պարունակում է նաև մեկ այլ վնասաբեր շերտ․ երբ նա հավասարեցնում է ստատուս չունեցող ադրբեջանցիներին և ինքնավարության ստատուս ունեցող ԼՂ-ի բնիկ հայերին՝ անտեսվում է Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանից գաղթած 300–400 հազար հայերի հարցը։
