Հայաստանի և Ղազախստանի Սահմանադրական դատարանների միջև հուշագիր է ստորագրվել

Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահի հրավերով Աստանա կատարած այցի շրջանակներում 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 29-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական դատարանների նախագահներ Արման Դիլանյանը և Էլվիրա Ազիմովան, Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրական դատարանի (ք․ Աստանա) միջազգային ընդունելությունների սրահում ստորագրել են փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության Բարձր դատարանների միջև։
ՍԴ–ից NEWS.am–ին հայտնում են, որ հուշագրի նպատակն է նպաստել իրավական ոլորտում փոխգործակցության և համագործակցության շրջանակի ստեղծմանը, սահմանադրական արդարադատության ոլորտում փորձի փոխանակմանը, երկու երկրներում սահմանադրական իրավունքի և դրա գործնական կիրառման ուսումնասիրությանը՝ սահմանադրական իրավունքի ոլորտում վեճերի լուծման համատեքստում՝ ձգտելով խթանել սահմանադրական արդարադատությունը և երաշխավորել համընդհանուր ճանաչում ունեցող ժողովրդավարական սկզբունքները, ինչպես նաև մարդու իրավունքների և քաղաքացիական ազատությունների պաշտպանության երաշխիքները։
Կարևորելով հուշագրի ստորագրմամբ հարաբերությունների նոր փուլի մեկնարկը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Արման Դիլանյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ Հուշագրով նախանշված դրույթները գործնականում կիրականացվեն՝ դառնալով սահմանադրական արդարադատության ոլորտում հայ-ղազախական արդյունավետ համագործակցության գրավական։
Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Էլվիրա Ազիմովան նշել է, որ իրենց համար շատ հետաքրքիր է սահմանադրական արդարադատության ոլորտում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իրավակիրառ պրակտիկան՝ համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ Հուշագրի ստորագրումը կարևոր հիմք է երկու երկրների Բարձր դատարանների միջև հարաբերությունների առավել զարգացման համար։
Պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել համագործակցությունն ընդյալնել նաև երկու երկրների Սահմանադրական դատարանների աշխատակազմերի միջև։
