«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Որոշ ժամանակ առաջ մենք տեղեկացրել էինք, որ, չնայած քպականները հայտարարել են, թե իրենց կուսակցական ժողովում եկել են եզրահանգման, որ արտահերթ ընտրությունների գնալու անհրաժեշտություն չկա, այդուամենայնիվ, իրականում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լրջորեն հակված է անցկացնել արտահերթ ընտրություններ ու չնայած համաձայնել է, որ հայտարարվի արտահերթի չգնալու մասին, սակայն դեռևս վերջնական որոշում չունի:
Այս առումով թերթին նոր մանրամասներ են ի հայտ եկել: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանը ԿԸՀ-ին հանձնարարել է ուսումնասիրել դեկտեմբերին արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու տեխնիկական հնարավորությունները: Թերթի տեղեկություններով, սա պարզապես շոկային է եղել ԿԸՀ-ի համար, քանի որ նախ՝ նոյեմբերին ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ են նախատեսվում, և դժվար է լինելու դրանից հետո համապետական ընտրություններ կազմակերպել, և հետո՝ ժամանակը բավականին կարճ է՝ այդ մասշտաբի ընտրությունների լիարժեք նախապատրաստվելու համար:
Ավելին, մեր տեղեկություններով, նաև իր ամենավստահելի շրջապատին է Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել՝ հասկանալ արտահերթի գնալու հնարավորությունները, ՔՊ տեղական կառույցների պատրաստվածության աստիճանը և այլն:
Ինչպես արդեն նշել ենք, Փաշինյանը հիանալի գիտակցում է, որ «խաղաղության» ու վաշինգտոնյան հանդիպման հետ կապված քարոզչական փուչիկը երկար կյանք չունի, չի կարողանալու մոտ ինն ամիս թեման «տաք պահել», մյուս կողմից՝ կա ճնշում Ալիևի կողմից՝ արագ անցկացնել ընտրություններ, որ խաղաղության վերջնական համաձայնագիր կնքելու համար համոզված լինի՝ կարո՞ղ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պահել իշխանությունը և սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ իրականացնել:
Սրան գումարվում է այն հանգամանքը, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի եղբոր որդին՝ «Մեր ձևով շարժման» համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, օրերս հայտարարել էր, որ իրենք կուսակցություն կստեղծեն 4-5 ամսվա ընթացքում: Ըստ այդմ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մտածում է արտահերթի միջոցով ցայտնոտ առաջացնել թե՛ այլ քաղաքական ուժերի, թե՛ Սամվել Կարապետյանի ուժի համար: Հիշեցնենք, որ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը նշել էր. «Շարժումը մեր աշխատանքի միայն առաջին փուլն է։ ՀՀ-ում առաջիկայում ընտրական գործընթացներ են սպասվում և դրանց մասնակցելու` օրենքով սահմանված ամենահարմար ձևը կուսակցական մասնակցությունն է։ Մեր գործունեության երկրորդ փուլում մենք պատրաստվում ենք մեր մշակած մասնագիտական ծրագրերն ու նախագծերը կուսակցության միջոցով վերածել պետական ծրագրերի։ Վստահ ենք, որ կկարողանանք դա անել 2026 թվականին կայանալիք ընտրական գործընթացների արդյունքում»:
