Գլոբալ տաքացումը կարող է առաջացնել երկրաշարժեր

«Հիդրոօդերևութաբանության և մոնիթորինգի կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Լևոն Ազիզյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է․
«Ժամանակակից գլոբալ տաքացումը, ըստ տարածված տեսակետի, կապված է մարդու գործունեության հետ։ Գլխավոր պատճառը արդյունաբերության, տրանսպորտի և այլնի թողած ածխածնային հետքն է։ Սակայն վերջին շրջանում մարդածին հայեցակարգին զուգահեռ առաջ են գալիս նաև այլ մոտեցումներ։ Մասնավորապես, ռուս երկրաֆիզիկոսները կարծում են, որ 1970-ականների վերջին Արկտիկայում գրանցված կտրուկ տաքացմանը նպաստել են կործանարար երկրաշարժերը։
Ներկայումս կապը կլիմայի և սեյսմիկ ակտիվության միջև Մոնբլանի շրջանում (Ալպերի ամենաբարձր կետը՝ 4806 մ բարձրությամբ) արձանագրել են Շվեյցարիայի սեյսմոլոգիական ծառայությունը և նրանց ֆրանսիացի գործընկերները։ Միայն, թե այստեղ նրանք հակառակն են կարծում որ տաքացումն է համարվում երկրաշարժերի հիմնական պատճառը։ Եվրոպացի սեյսմոլոգները վերլուծել են 2006 թ․ Մոնբլանի զանգվածի հարավում տեղադրված բարձր ճշգրտությամբ սեյսմոմետրից ստացված տվյալները և հայտնաբերել ավելի քան 12 000 թույլ ստորգետնյա ցնցումներ, որոնք նախկինում չէին արձանագրվել։
Ակտիվության կտրուկ աճը սկսվել է 2015-ին՝ անոմալ շոգի արդյունքում, որն առաջացրել էր սառցադաշտերի ինտենսիվ հալք։ Ինչպես ցույց է տվել հետազոտությունը, երկրաշարժերի թվի ավելացումը ուղեկցվել է նաև դրանց մագնիտուդի բարձրացմամբ։
Գիտնականների խոսքով՝ հալոցքային ջրերը թափանցել են լեռնային ապարների խորքերն և ակտիվացրել նախկինում կայուն բեկվածքներ։ Եղանակային տվյալների վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ ուժեղ շոգի ալիքները հանգեցնում են սեյսմիկ ակտիվության աճի որոշակի ժամանակային ուշացումով՝ մոտ մեկ տարի մակերեսային երկրաշարժերի դեպքում և մինչև երկու տարի՝ խորքայինների։ Ավելի վաղ սեյսմոլոգները պարզել էին, որ ամռանը Մոնբլանի շրջանում փոքր ցնցումների թիվն ավելանում է, իսկ գարնանը՝ նվազում։ Սակայն նոր ուսումնասիրությունը թույլ է տալիս այդ սեզոնային միտումը կապել երկարաժամկետ կլիմայական փոփոխության հետ։
Գիտնականները ընդգծում են, որ այս գործընթացը նման է այլ հայտնի մեխանիզմների, որոնց դեպքում ջուրը ճնշման տակ տեղաշարժեր է առաջացնում ճեղքերի երկայնքով։ Նման երևույթներ դիտվում են, օրինակ, հիդրավլիկ ճեղքման (ֆրեկինգ), երկրաջերմային նախագծերի և ջրի գետնի տակ մղման ժամանակ։ Նրանց կարծիքով՝ ներկայիս սեյսմիկ ակտիվությունը Ալպերում վտանգ չի ներկայացնում Մոնբլանի թունելի և շրջակա բնակավայրերի համար։ Սակայն նմանատիպ գործընթացներ կարող են ընթանալ նաև այլ լեռնային շրջաններում, որտեղ սառցադաշտերը ակտիվորեն հալվում են, այդ թվում Հիմալայներում»։
