71,5 տոկոսը Սամվել Կարապետյանին համարում է քաղբանտարկյալ

Հայաստանի իշխանությունները տարիներ շարունակ փորձել են և՛ քաղաքացիներին, և՛ միջազգային հանրությանը համոզել, թե Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալներ չկան։ Որոշ դեպքերում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին նույնիսկ հաջողվել է «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոնի» մասին հայտարարություններով ապահովել սեփական հակաժողովրդավարական կառավարման քողածածկույթը՝ պնդելով, թե կալանավորված ընդդիմադիրները քաղաքական բանտարկյալներ չեն։ Սակայն հայ հասարակությունն արդեն վաղուց լուրջ չի վերաբերվում այդ թեզերին․ օրեցօր ավելի է ամրապնդվում այն գիտակցումը, որ Հայաստանում իրականում քաղբանտարկյալներ կան։
GALLUP International Association-ի հայաստանյան ներկայացուցչության հարցումների վերջին տվյալները դրա վառ ապացույցն են։ Օգոստոսի 25-30-ը անցկացված սոցիոլոգիական հարցման շրջանակում 1101 քաղաքացիներից 62 տոկոսը դրական է պատասխանել հարցին՝ «Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալներ կա՞ն», 18 տոկոսը տվել է բացասական պատասխան, իսկ 20 տոկոսը դժվարացել է պատասխանել։
Հարցվածների մեծ մասը՝ 71,5 տոկոսը, բարերար և գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանին համարել է քաղբանտարկյալ։ Բագրատ Սրբազանին քաղբանտարկյալ է համարում 38,5 տոկոսը, Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանին՝ 37,8 տոկոսը։
Հարցումն անդրադարձել է նաև Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանավորմանը և իշխանությունների գործելակերպին քաղաքացիների վերաբերմունքին։ Պարզվել է, որ միայն 12,6 տոկոսն է դրական գնահատում գործարարի ձերբակալությունը, 5,9 տոկոսը՝ «ավելի շուտ դրական»։ «Ավելի շուտ բացասական» են համարել 16,4 տոկոսը, իսկ 48 տոկոսն ամբողջությամբ բացասական է վերաբերվում։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 64,4 տոկոսը քննադատում է Կարապետյանի կալանավորումը, ինչը բավական բարձր և մտահոգիչ ցուցանիշ է իշխանությունների համար։
Հիշեցնենք, Սամվել Կարապետյանը հայտնվեց իշխանությունների և իրավապահների թիրախում Հայ Առաքելական եկեղեցին պաշտպանելուց ընդամենը ժամեր անց։ Ոստիկանությունը շրջափակեց ու խուզարկեց նրա առանձնատունը, իսկ հաջորդ օրը գործարարը կալանավորվեց։ Դրան հաջորդեց Հայաստանի ամենամեծ մասնավոր ակտիվի՝ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» ապօրինի պետականացման գործընթացը։
Այսօր էլ Կարապետյանը շարունակում է մնալ կալանքի տակ․ դատարանները պարբերաբար երկարաձգում են նրա կալանքը՝ ավելացնելով ապօրինությունների շարքը։ Այնուամենայնիվ, նույնիսկ կալանավայրում նա շարունակում է իր բարեգործական և գործարար նախաձեռնությունները, որոնք դրական են ընդունվում հասարակության կողմից։
