Տղամարդուն շահագործելու կանոնները

Կանոն 1․ Եթե դու ամաչում ես տղամարդուց թանկ նվերներ ընդունել և կասկածներ ունես, որ արժանի չես այդ նվերների, ապա էլ երբեք մի կասկածիր՝ դու իսկապես արժանի չես։
Կանոն 2․Ցանկալի է տղամարդուց նվերներ ընդունել մինչև ձեր առաջին սեքսը, որովհետև մինչև անկողին հասնելը կինն ինքն է իր գինը որոշում, իսկ սեքսից հետո այդ գինը որոշում է տղամարդը։ Անշարժ գույքի գործակալները պրոֆեսիոնալ մի ասացվածք ունեն. «Գործարքը կնքելուց հետո հաճախորդի շուրթերը չեն համբուրում»։
Կանոն 3․ Չարժե պահանջել տղամարդուց ավելին, քան նա կարող է, որովհետև նա հիշաչար կլինի եւ հետագայում քեզանից կրկնակին կպահանջի։ Ստիպված կլինես նրա անձնական մարմնավաճառը դառնալ։
Կանոն 4․ «Վռնդեք» ձեր կյանքից այն հիմարներին, որոնք պնդում են, թե իրենց ընտրյալին «Վերտու» գնելն անիմաստ է, քանի որ հեռախոսն անհրաժեշտ է միայն զանգեր կատարելու համար։ Այդ նա պետք է զանգի, իսկ մենք պետք է պարծենանք ընկերուհիների և նախկին սիրեկանների առաջ։
Կանոն 5․ Եթե դուք ուզում եք գնդապետի կինը լինել՝ ամուսանցեք գնդապետի հետ։ Նույնը վերաբերվում է «ապագա օլիգարխներին»։ Այդ տեսակ տղամարդը կարող է տարիներ շարունակ քեզ հյուր գալ մեխակների խղճուկ փնջով, թեյ վայելել և ոգևորված պատմել, թե ինչքան անհոգ ու երջանիկ կլինի ձեր կյանքը, երբ նա պայմանագիր կնքի և հարստանա։
Կանոն 6․ Եթե տղամարդն ունի թերություններ կամ կախվածություններ, որոնք դու չես կարող հանդուրժել, բայց ստիպված ես․ լռիր, որպեսզի նա չբորբոքվի քո փնթփնթոցից։ Չարժե հուսալ, որ դու կարող ես վերադաստիարակել նրան։ Մայրական այս բնազդը բազմաթիվ կանանց ճակատագրեր է կործանել։
Կանոն 7․Երմեմն կինոյի կամ ինքնաթիռի տոմս գնելիս կամ տաքսի պատվիրելիս տղամարդն իր սիրեցյալին ծիծաղելի հարց է տալիս «Ի՞նչ վերցնեմ։ VIP, թե էկոնոմ»: Հաճախ աղջիկները, համեստությունից ելնելով, պատասխանում են «էկոնոմ», կամ որ նրանց միևնույն է։ Այս կերպ պատասխանելով՝ դու մեկ ակնթարթում դնում ես քեզ 90 % զեղջի տակ՝ հասկացնելով, որ պահանջկոտ չես և այս կյանքում գազարից ավելի քաղցր ոչինչ չես կերել։ Տղամարդը բավականին ստեղծարար է և խորամանկ, և մեր համեստությունը տնտեսապես շատ ձեռնտու է նրան։ Ներդրողներն էլ պրոֆեսիոնալ ասացվածք ունեն «Տնտեսեցիր, ուրեմն վաստակեցիր»։ Թույլ մի տվեք վաստակել ձեր հաշվին։ Ի՞նչ է պետք պատասխանել՝ «Իհարկե, VIP» և հայացքով սպանել այդ սրիկային, որ այլեւս երբեք նման հարցեր չտա։ Էկոնոմով թող ինքը երթևեկի։
Կանոն 8․ Երբեք մի փորձիր զրկել նրան ազատությանից։ Մի խնդրիր ամուսնանալ քեզ հետ։ Ժամանակակից տղամարդը վախկոտ է, և հենց նա զգա, որ դու ուզում ես նրան կողքիդ պահել կնիքի օգնությամբ, կփորձի արագ փախչել։ Դրա փոխարեն ձևացրու, թե այսպիսի հազարավոր առաջարկություններ ստանում ես ամեն օր՝ օլիգարխները հետապնդում են քեզ, որպեսզի ծնկի իջնեն և առաջարկեն իրենց ձեռքն ու սիրտը։
