Եվրոպան սխալ է վարվում՝ հետևելով Դոնալդ Թրամփի ռազմավարությանը, հայտարարել է Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սեյեդ Աբաս Արաղչին՝ ընդգծելով, որ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը բաց է դիվանագիտության և միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ նոր համաձայնագրի կնքման համար, սակայն պատժամիջոցները պետք է չեղարկվեն, փոխանցում է Mehr-ը։
«Ավելի քան երկու տասնամյակ Եվրոպան գտնվում էր իմ երկրի խաղաղ միջուկային ծրագրի հետ կապված արհեստականորեն ստեղծված շարունակվող ճգնաժամի կենտրոնում։ Շատ առումներով Եվրոպայի դերը արտացոլում է ավելի լայն միջազգային հարաբերությունների վիճակը։ Ժամանակին Եվրոպան զսպող ուժ էր, որը ձգտում էր սանձել մեր տարածաշրջանում առավելագույն նպատակներ ունեցող ռազմատենչ Ամերիկային, իսկ այսօր հանդուրժում է Վաշինգտոնի անկարգությունները»,- գրել է Արաղչին The Guardian-ում հրապարակված հոդվածում։
Անցյալ շաբաթ Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Ֆրանսիան և Գերմանիան կամ «Եվրաեռյակը» հայտարարեցին, որ ակտիվացրել են Իրանի նկատմամբ ՄԱԿ-ի պատժամիջոցների «սնեփբեք» գործընթացը։
Այս մեխանիզմը ստեղծվել է 2015 թվականի միջուկային համաձայնագրով պարտավորությունների էական չկատարման համար պատժելու համար, որը ստորագրվել է Իրանի, Եվրաեռյակի, ԱՄՆ-ի, Չինաստանի և Ռուսաստանի կողմից։
«Եվրաեռյակի գամբիտը զուրկ է որևէ իրավական ուժից, հիմնականում այն պատճառով, որ այն անտեսում է իրադարձությունների հաջորդականությունը, որոնք Իրանին հանգեցրել են միջուկային համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում օրինական շտկիչ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելուն։ Երեք երկրները ցանկանում են, որ աշխարհը մոռանա, որ հենց ԱՄՆ-ն, այլ ոչ թե Իրանը, միակողմանիորեն դադարեցրել է մասնակցությունը Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագրին (ԳՀՀԾ), որը գործարքի պաշտոնական անվանումն է։
E3-ի ներկայացուցիչները նաև լռում են այն մասին, թե ինչպես չեն կատարել գործարքի իրենց մասը, էլ չասած, որ հունիսին վրդովեցուցիչ կերպով ողջունել են Իրանի ռմբակոծությունները։ Կարող է թվալ, որ Բրիտանիան, Ֆրանսիան և Գերմանիան գործում են ի հեճուկս։ Սակայն ճշմարտությունն այն է, որ նրանք միտումնավոր հետևում են անխոհեմ գործողությունների ընթացքին՝ ելնելով այն բանից, որ դա կարող է ապահովել իրենց տեղը այլ հարցերի շուրջ բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ։ Սա լրջագույն սխալ հաշվարկ է, որն անխուսափելիորեն հանգեցնելու է հակառակ հետևանքների»,- նշել է Աբաս Արաղչին։
