Ռուսաստանի մարզերի մեծ մասն օգտվել է «նալիվայկաների» դեմ պայքարի մասին օրենքի իրավունքից և խստացրել է ալկոհոլի վաճառքի պահանջներն իրենց տարածքում։ Շատ մարզեր նպատակ ունեն ուժեղացնել սահմանափակումները, ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել են տարածաշրջաններից։

«Մեր նպատակը խնդրի համակարգային լուծումն է՝ ալկոհոլի օգտագործման նվազեցումը, բնակչության առողջության պահպանումը, բնակիչների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը և հասարակական կարգը խախտող «կեղծ ռեստորաններն» արմատախիլ անելը»,- ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել է Չուվաշիայի Պետական խորհրդի նախագահ, Չուվաշիայի Հանրապետության վաստակավոր բժիշկ Լեոնիդ Չերկեսովը։

Այսօր գործող սահմանափակումների մեծ մասը կրճատում է խանութներում և առանձին կանգնած կամ բազմաբնակարան շենքերում տեղակայված առևտրի կետերում ալկոհոլի վաճառքի ժամանակը։

Դաշնային արգելքը գործում է ալկոհոլի վաճառքի համար 23:00-ից մինչև 08:00-ը, սակայն, օրինակ, Խանտի-Մանսիյսկի ինքնավար օկրուգում՝ Յուգրայում, արգելված է ալկոհոլի մանրածախ վաճառքը 20:00-ից մինչև առավոտյան 08:00։ Նովգորոդի մարզում նույնպես 20:00-ից մինչև 08:00 չի կարելի ալկոհոլ վաճառել բազմաբնակարան շենքերի առևտրի կետերում։

Կալինինգրադի մարզում, ընդհակառակը, բազմաբնակարան շենքերի հանրային սննդի հաստատություններում կարելի է վաճառել (մինչև 23:00), սակայն սովորական խանութներում արգելքը գործում է 21:00-ից մինչև 11:00։ Իրկուտսկի մարզում արգելված է ալկոհոլ վաճառել բազմաբնակարան շենքերում տեղակայված առևտրի կետերում 21:00-ից մինչև հաջորդ օրվա 9:00-ը։

Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում սեպտեմբերի 1-ից արգելված է ալկոհոլային արտադրանք վաճառել բազմաբնակարան շենքերում տեղակայված հանրային սննդի օբյեկտներում 22:00-ից մինչև հաջորդ օրվա 11:00-ը։

Ամենաաղմկահարույց սահմանափակումները մտցվել են Վոլոգդայի մարզում։ Այնտեղ 2025 թվականի մարտի 1-ից ալկոհոլը վաճառվում է աշխատանքային օրերին 12:00-ից մինչև 14:00-ը և առանց սահմանափակումների՝ հանգստյան և առանձին տոն օրերին։ Այս սահմանափակումները չեն վերաբերում սրճարաններին և ռեստորաններին։ Ընդլայնվել է տոնական օրերի ցանկը, երբ ալկոհոլի վաճառքն արգելված է։ Արդյունքում մարզում փակվել է 610 ալկոմարկետից ավելի քան 360-ը։
