ՀՀ–ում հայրություն ճանաչելը չթույլատրելը ապտակ է հայ հասարակությանը

Այսօր ԱԺ–ում քննարկվեց մի տարօրինակ օրենսդրական փաթեթ, որը, կարծես, արժանի ուշադրության չարժանացավ. Հայաստանում պատրաստվում են արգելել երեխայի հայրության ճանաչումը այն անձի կողմից, որը նրա կենսաբանական ծնողը չէ։
Այս դրույթն առաջարկվում է «Ընտանեկան օրենսգրքում» փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրինագծերի փաթեթով և հարակից օրենքներում փոփոխություններով:
Ստացվում է, որ ամբողջ աշխարհը շարժվում է մի ուղղությամբ, Հայաստանը՝ այլ, ամբողջ աշխարհում հայրություն ճանաչելը համարվում է ոչ միայն հարգանքի արժանի, այլև իրավական և հասարակական պատասխանատվության կարևոր դրսևորում, մինչդեռ Հայաստանում ոմանք որոշում են նման լուրջ փոփոխություն կատարել ընտանիքի մոդելում:
Օրենքի այս փոփոխությունն իսկապես աբսուրդի ժանրից է թվում, բացի այդ, ոտնահարում է նաև երեխայի իրավունքները, հետևապես MediaHub-ը դիմել է նաև ՄԻՊ–ին, հասկանալու՝ արդյո՞ք ՄԻՊ–ի հետ քննարկվել են այս փոփոխությունները, և ի՞նչ կարծիք ունի Անահիտ Մանասյանը սույն հարցի շուրջ։
Ու քանի դեռ գործող ՄԻՊ-ից արձագանք դեռ չունենք, MediaHub-ը զրուցեց Մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանի հետ, ով նշեց, որ սա երկրի համար ամոթալի օրենք է։
«Իմ տարակուսանքը տխրության է վերածվում, ամբողջ աշխարհում հայրություն ճանաչելը մարդասիրության, ընտանիքի և ընդհանրապես՝ մարդկային հասարակությունների դրական կողմն է համարվում։ Օրենքների նկատմամբ, որոնք բերվում են ընդունվելու, ես ունեմ իմ կարծիքը, մեկը կարո՞ղ է ասել՝ առաջնությունը կամ գերակայությունը, այդ ի՞նչ հարց է ՀՀ–ում այդքան գերակա, ինչո՞վ է այդ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունը բացատրվում, արդյո՞ք ուսումնասիրություն է արվել, օրենքը, որ բերվում է, պետք է լինի հիմնավորում։ Ես դատապարտում եմ այդպիսի օրենքների քննարկումն ու ընդունումը, առավել ևս ցավ եմ ապրում, որ դա արվում է կանանց ձեռքերով»,– նշեց Ալավերդյանը։
Ըստ նախկին ՄԻՊ–ի՝ այս օրենքը խարան է լինելու Հայաստանի ճակատին։ Այդ ի՞նչ էր տեղի ունենում, որ որոշել են այդպիսի օրենք ընդունել և արգելել հայրության ճանաչումը։
«Կան դաժան բաներ, կան սխալ բաներ, բայց կան ամոթալի բաներ, ինչպես այս օրենքի քննարկումն ու ապագա ընդունումն է։ Մայրություն կամ հայրություն չթույլատրել ճանաչելը ապտակ է հայ հասարակությանը»,– հավելեց Ալավերդյանը։
