«Ես հիմա շատ երջանիկ եմ, ապրում եմ իմ լավագույն կյանքով». Ալսուն՝ ամուսնալուծության մասին
LIFEԵրգչուհի Ալսուն, ով մեկ տարի առաջ 18 տարվա ամուսնությունից հետո բաժանվել էր իր երեք երեխաների հորից՝ Յան Աբրամովից, խոսել է ամուսնալուծությունից հետո իր կյանքում տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունների մասին: 42-ամյա երգչուհու խոսքով՝ նա բացարձակապես գոհ է այն ամենից, ինչ հիմա կատարվում է իր հետ։
«Իմ կյանքում տեղի ունեցած փոփոխությունները, բնականաբար, դրական են: Ես հիմա շատ երջանիկ եմ և գոհ եմ ինքս ինձնից: Կարող եմ ասել, որ ապրում եմ իմ լավագույն կյանքով», - MK-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Ալսուն:
Նա նշել է, որ ամուսնալուծությունից հետո սկսել է հետաքրքրվել սպորտով և առողջ սննդով, և այժմ գտնվում է իր լավագույն ֆիզիկական վիճակում։ «Վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ես զարգացրել եմ որովայնի մկաններ։ Ես գրեթե ամեն օր մարզվում եմ, մարզվում եմ ինքս ինձ համար։ Բացի այդ, զբաղվում եմ տարբեր սպորտաձևերով՝ թիավարություն, գոլֆ... Ես նաև պատասխանատու կերպով եմ մոտենում սննդին։ Ես մեկ ամիս ապրել եմ առանց սուրճի և շաքարի։ Ես ուզում էի նման փորձ անցկացնել ինձ վրա։ Ինձ դուր եկավ. ես ինձ շատ լավ էի զգում այս ամբողջ ընթացքում», - նշել է երգչուհին:
Ալսուն նաև խոստովանել է, որ այժմ իր Ինստագրամի հետևորդները խորհուրդ են հարցնում իրենից, թե ինչպես գոյատևել բաժանումից հետո, բայց նա պատրաստ չէ խորհուրդներ տալ։ «Յուրաքանչյուր իրավիճակ շատ անհատական է։ Ես կարող եմ միայն կիսվել իմ զգացմունքներով, պատմել, թե ինչ եմ անում», - բացատրել է նա։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ալսուն ամուսնալուծվել է գործարար Յան Աբրամովից 2024 թվականի ամռան վերջին։ Ըստ լուրերի՝ բաժանման պատճառը նրա բազմաթիվ դավաճանություններն էին (այդ թվում՝ ենթադրաբար մոդել Անաստասիա Ռեշետովայի հետ)։ Երգչուհին հաստատել է դա։ Նախկին ամուսինները դատարանում վիճել են իրենց ավելի քան 10 միլիարդ ռուբլի արժողությամբ ունեցվածքի բաժանման շուրջ։ Սակայն, ի վերջո, նրանք կնքել են հաշտության համաձայնագիր, որի մանրամասները չեն բացահայտվել։
