Հայաստանը, Իրանը և Հնդկաստանը քննարկել են Հյուսիս-Հարավ տրանսպորտային միջանցքի շուրջ համագործակցության ընդլայնումը

Իրանը, Հնդկաստանը և Հայաստանը բանակցություններ են վարել հետաքրքրության առարկա հարցերի, դրանց թվում՝ Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի (INSTC) շուրջ համագործակցության ընդլայնման վերաբերյալ, հաղորդում է իրանական Mehr գործակալությունը։
Իրանի մայրաքաղաք Թեհրանում երկուշաբթի անցկացված եռակողմ բանակցությունների ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև այնպիսի հարցեր, ինչպիսիք են Հայաստանի «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախաձեռնությունը, միաժամանակ կողմերն ընդգծել են Իրանի Չաբահար նավահանգստի ռազմավարական դիրքը և դրա դերը տրանսպորտային ակտիվության աճի գործում, ըստ Press TV-ի՝ հաղորդել է Իրանի արտգործնախարարությունը։
Հանդիպումը երրորդն էր իր տեսակի մեջ՝ 2023 թվականի ապրիլին և 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Երևանում և 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին Նյու Դելիում անցկացված նախորդ նիստերից հետո, ասված է հայտարարության մեջ՝ ընդգծելով, որ պատվիրակները վերանայել են այդ հանդիպումներից հետո ձեռք բերված առաջընթացը և ընդգծել են կապերի ընդլայնման անհրաժեշտությունը հաղորդակցության, առևտրի, մշակույթի և փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ ոլորտներում։
Իրանի ներկայացուցիչ Մոհամմադ Ռեզա Բահրամիի, Հնդկաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Անանդ Պրակաշի և Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Անահիտ Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ պատվիրակները համաձայնության են եկել իրենց հաջորդ եռակողմ հանդիպումն անցկացնել համաձայնեցված ամսաթվին՝ հաջորդ տարի, ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։
Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքը Հնդկական օվկիանոսի երկրները Կենտրոնական Ասիայի, Ռուսաստանի և Եվրոպայի հետ կապող աճող բեռնափոխադրման երթուղի է, որն իր տնտեսական և աշխարհաքաղաքական առավելությունների շնորհիվ գնալով ավելի մեծ ժողովրդականություն է վայելում։
Իրանը ներկայացրել է միջանցքի երկայնքով խոշոր ընդլայնման ծրագրեր, ներառյալ՝ երկրի հարավ-արևելքի Օմանի ծովի ափին գտնվող իր միակ օվկիանոսային նավահանգստի՝ Չաբահարի զարգացման լայնածավալ նախագծեր, ինչպես նաև նավահանգիստն այլ առևտրային հանգույցների հետ կապող ճանապարհներ։
Հնդկաստանը ևս ներդրում է ունեցել Չաբահարի զարգացման նախագծերում, չնայած իրանցի պաշտոնյաների հայտարարությունները ցույց են տվել, որ երկիրը դժգոհ է հնդկական ներդրումների և նավահանգիստ սարքավորումների մատակարարման տեմպերից։ Հնդկաստանի պաշտոնյաները ԱՄՆ-ի պատժամիջոցները որպես նավահանգստի զարգացման հիմնական խոչընդոտ են նշել։
Հայաստանը 2023 թվականին առաջարկել է «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախաձեռնությունը՝ որպես Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջանցքի լրացում և Հարավային Կովկասի երկրի կապերը հարևան Իրանի, Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի և Վրաստանի հետ բարելավելու նպատակով։
