ԱՄՆ-ը և Ադրբեջանը քննարկել են Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը

Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովն այսօր հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարության Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի հարցերով բյուրոյի գլխավոր ներկայացուցիչ Բրենդան Հանրահանի հետ։

Ըստ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի՝ հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են ադրբեջանա-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունները, ռազմավարական գործընկերության վերաբերյալ խարտիա պատրաստելու համար ռազմավարական աշխատանքային խմբի ստեղծման մասին փոխըմբռնման հուշագրից բխող հարցերը, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև կարգավորման գործընթացը, ինչպես նաև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային անվտանգության հարցերը։

Նրանք նաև մտքեր են փոխանակել ադրբեջանա-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունների պատմության և մի շարք ոլորտներում, մասնավորապես անվտանգության և էներգետիկայի ոլորտներում փոխշահավետ համագործակցության վերաբերյալ։ Հատկապես նշվել է, որ այս տարվա օգոստոսին տեղի ունեցած բարձր մակարդակի այցելություններն ու շփումները կարևոր դեր են խաղում հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում։

Շեշտվել է Վաշինգտոնում պատմական հանդիպման արդյունքում ձեռք բերված պատմական համաձայնությունների կարևորությունը՝ Ադրբեջան-Հայաստան խաղաղության օրակարգը առաջ մղելու համար, ներառյալ՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախաստորագրումը և անցյալի հակամարտության մնացորդ հանդիսացող կառույցների վերացման քայլերը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում մտքերի փոխանակում է տեղի ունեցել փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցերի շուրջ։
