Հայաստանի իշխանությունը շուրջ 3 տարի հեքիաթ է պատմում ֆուտբոլային մարզադպրոցների մասին։ ԱԺ-ում իր ելույթի ժամանակ ասել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը
«Այս պահին վերապատմելու եմ մի հեքիաթ, որն արժե 6,5 միլիոն դոլար։ 2 միլիարդ 500 միլիոն դրամ արժողության հեքիաթը լսել եք բոլորդ, բայց հատկապես արտաշատցիներին, մարտունեցիներին, իջևանցիներին, Դավթաշենի բնակիչներին պատմել է ՀՀ կառավարությունը՝ հեքիաթասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Այն ներկայացվել է որպես ֆուտբոլի համար աննախադեպ իրադարձություն»,– ասել նա։
Նա ավելել է, որ խոսքը 2022 թվականին կառավարության հատկացրած դրամաշնորհի մասին է, որով Մարտունիում, Դավթաշենում, Աշտարակում չորս ֆուտբոլային մարզադպրոց պետք է կառուցվեր։ Նա հիշեցրել է, որ դրամաշնորհների պարագայում ամեն 1000 դոլարի հաշվետվություն է ներկայացվում, սակայն պետության տված դրամաշնորհից անցել է մոտ 3 տարի, բայց լուր չկա։
Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը մատնանշել է նաև իշխանությունների խոսքի անհամապատասխանությունը՝ հիշեցնելով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի` այս տարվա հունիսին հրապարակած գրառումը, ըստ որի` Մարտունու մարզադաշտը վերադարձվել է համայնքին։
