Բացահայտվել են պարեկային ծառայության պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից իրենց վստահված մեքենաների հափշտակության դեպքեր

ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից ստացված նյութերի հիման վրա նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված ապացուցողական և վարութային այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության պաշտոնատար անձինք, գործելով խմբի կազմում, իրենց ծառայողական լիազորություններով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով, 2024-2025 թվականների ընթացքում վաճառել են քաղաքացուն պատկանող տրանսպորտային միջոցի՝ ընդհանուր 350.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ պահեստամասերը՝ այդ կերպ հափշտակելով իրենց վստահված գույքը։
Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է նաև, որ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման պետը, մի շարք անձանց օժանդակությամբ, 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերին 1.600.000 ՀՀ դրամով վաճառել է քաղաքացուն պատկանող «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան և գոյացած հասույթը ներառել իր գույքային ֆոնդում: Այդ կերպ հիշյալ պաշտոնատար անձը, իր իշխանական լիազորությունները և դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով, դիտավորությամբ հափշտակել է իրեն վստահված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքը։
Բացի այդ, նույն պաշտոնյան 2025 թվականին 70․000 ՀՀ դրամով նախապատրաստվել է վաճառել իրեն վստահված՝ մեկ այլ անձին պատկանող 2.500.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ մոպեդը, սակայն այն չի հանձնել գնորդին, ուստի իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով հանցագործությունը չի իրագործվել։
Վերը նշված պաշտոնատար անձը տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում վաճառել է նաև մի շարք այլ քաղաքացիներին պատկանող տրանսպորտային միջոցները և գոյացած հասույթը ներառել իր գույքային ֆոնդում՝ այդ կերպ դիտավորությամբ հափշտակելով իրեն վստահված գույքը:
ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության պաշտոնատար անձանց մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացրել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 256-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով, 256-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, 44-256-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով (երկու դրվագ), 256-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով: Մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվել նաև նրանց օժանդակած երկու անձանց: Պարեկային ծառայության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման պետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած անձի ու ևս մեկ մեղադրյալի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել տնային կալանքը:
Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:
