Լավ լուր՝ վարորդական իրավունք ստացող քաղաքացիների համար

Վարորդական իրավունք ստանալը ՀՀ քաղաքացու համար տևական ժամանակ դարձել է գլխացավանք։ Եթե այլ երկրներում բավարար է լավ վարել իմանալը և տեսական ու գործնական քննությունները հաջող հանձնելը, ապա Հայաստանում գործընթացը լի է բարդություններով։
Բոլորը գիտեն՝ եթե անգամ տեսականը առաջին փորձից հանձնես, ապա գործնականը գրեթե անհնար է, որ առաջին իսկ անգամից անցնես: Շատ դեպքերում քաղաքացուն կտրում են անհասկանալի ու անիմաստ պատճառաբանությամբ:
MediaHub-ը հաճախ է ահազանգեր ստանում այն մասին, որ վարորդական քննությունները պատշաճ չեն իրականացվում։ Թեև օրենքով թույլատրվում է գործնական քննության ընթացքում երկու սխալ, ՆԳՆ աշխատակիցները հաճախ կտրում են թեկնածուներին անգամ մեկ աննշան վրիպման դեպքում։
«Առաջին անգամվանից գործնական քննություն հանձնելը դարձել է գրեթե անհնար։ Նույնիսկ եթե երկու սխալի հնարավորություն ունես, մեկ սխալի համար անմիջապես կտրում են։ Օրինակ՝ Աբովյանում, Աշտարակում, Հրազդանում և մարզային այլ բաժիններում քննության ընթացքում անընդհատ նման խնդիրներ են առաջանում։ Մի անգամ ասացին՝ «կայանումը սխալ ես արել, թեև գծերի մեջ էի, ու ամեն ինչ ճիշտ էր»։ Մյուս անգամ՝ թմբիկը շատ դանդաղ եմ անցել։ Այսինքն՝ մեկ չնչին վրիպման դեպքում էլի կտրում են», – նշեց ահազանգած քաղաքացին։
Այս բողոքներին ի պատասխան MediaHub-ին ՆԳՆ–ից արձագանքեցին, որ գործնական քննությունը դրական ստանալու համար քաղաքացին պետք է բոլոր վարժությունները կատարի, եթե երկուսից ավելի վարժություն չկարողացավ հաղթահարել, ապա քննությունը համարվում է ձախողված։
«Եթե քաղաքացին վստահ է, որ նա բոլոր վարժությունները ճիշտ է կատարել, կամ 1-2 սխալ է արել, և անհիմն բացասական են դրել, ապա կարող է բողոքարկել»,– նշեց ՆԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը։
Իսկ մեր հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք փոխվել է կարգը վարորդական քննություններ հանձնելու, մասնավորապես, եթե մի հաշվառման-քննական բաժնում հանձնել ես տեսական քննությունը, ապա կարո՞ղ ես գործնական քննությունը հանձնել այլ հաշվառման-քննական բաժնում, Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ այո, փոփոխություն է կատարվել, և այժմ հնարավոր է տեսական քննությունը հանձնել մի հաշվառման-քննական բաժնում, իսկ գործնականը՝ մյուսում։ Օրինակ՝ տեսականը հնարավոր է հանձնել Երևանում, իսկ գործնականը՝ Սևանում։
