Իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը գրում է․ «Ձեր բերված տեքստը հստակ ցույց է տալիս, որ Թուրքիայի հատուկ բանագնացի խոսքում առկա են միաժամանակ մի քանի շեշտադրումներ․
Տեղանվան ընտրության քաղաքականությունը․
Սերդար Քըլըչը խուսափում է օգտագործել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությամբ ամրագրված պաշտոնական Սյունիք անվանումը։ Փոխարենը նա կիրառում է «Զանգեզուրյան գիծ» ձևակերպումը, որը ոչ միայն պատմականորեն բխում է Օսմանյան ու խորհրդային ժամանակաշրջանի քարտեզագրական և քաղաքական լեզվամթերքից, այլև նպատակ ունի հայկական իրավական դաշտի նկատմամբ չեզոքացում ու շրջանցում ապահովելու։ Սա քաղաքական մեսիջ է՝ ուղղված այն մտքին, որ Թուրքիան չի ճանաչում Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տեղանունները և Սյունիքը դիտարկում է այլ հարթության մեջ։
«Միջանցք» բառից խուսափելը․
Թուրք բանագնացը գիտակցաբար չի կիրառում արդեն իսկ բացասական ընկալում ստացած «միջանցք» բառը, քանի որ այն Հայաստանում ունի սպառնալիքի ու ինքնիշխանության խախտման ենթատեքստ։ Փոխարենը գործածվում է «գիծ» հասկացությունը, որը լսողին կարող է թվալ ավելի տեխնիկական կամ տնտեսական բնույթի։ Սա փորձ է՝ հռետորաբանությունը մեղմացնելու, բայց բովանդակային առումով նույնը պահպանելու։
Համաթյուրքականության շեշտադրում․
Սյունիքով անցնող ճանապարհի կարևորությունը ներկայացվում է ոչ թե Հայաստանի ու Թուրքիայի երկկողմ տնտեսական կապերի տեսանկյունից, այլ առաջին հերթին՝ Թուրքիայի կապերի ամրապնդման համար Միջին Ասիայի թյուրքական հանրապետությունների հետ։ Այս շեշտադրումը բացահայտում է, որ ճանապարհը դիտվում է ոչ թե որպես նորմալ տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցության միջոց, այլ՝ համաթյուրքական ռազմավարության մաս։
Վաշինգտոնյան փաստաթղթերի շրջանցումը․
Բանագնացին հայտնի է եղել նաև ԱՄՆ-ի միջնորդությամբ ձևավորված փաստաթղթերում արձանագրված «TRIPP» կամ «Թրամփի ուղի» ձևակերպումը, սակայն նա անգամ դրան չի անդրադառնում։ Այս քայլը ցույց է տալիս, որ Անկարան փորձում է սեփական օրակարգը պարտադրել և չեզոքացնել ամերիկյան միջնորդական դիսկուրսը։
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Քըլըչի խոսքը կարելի է ընկալել որպես բազմաշերտ հռետորական հնարք, որի հիմքում դրված է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության և իրավական տեղանունների նկատմամբ անտեսում, իսկ արտաքին շղարշը «տնտեսական կապերի» ու «թյուրքական աշխարհի միասնականացման» մասին խոսույթն է»։
