Ծխելը մեծացնում է 2-րդ տիպի դիաբետի զարգացման ռիսկը՝ անկախ դրա ենթատեսակից․ գիտնականներ

Վիեննայում Շաքարախտի ուսումնասիրության եվրոպական ասոցիացիայի ամենամյա գիտաժողովում ներկայացված նոր ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տվել, որ ծխելը մեծացնում է 2-րդ տիպի դիաբետի զարգացման ռիսկը՝ անկախ դրա ենթատեսակից, գրում է Medical Xpress-ը։
Շվեդիայի, Նորվեգիայի և Ֆինլանդիայի գիտնականներն ուսումնասիրել են, թե ինչպես է ծխելը՝ նաև նախկինում՝ ազդում դիաբետի տարբեր ենթատեսակների վրա՝ SIRD (ծանր ինսուլինառեզիստենտ), SIDD (ծանր՝ ինսուլինի անբավարարությամբ), MOD (չափավոր արտահայտված, կապված գիրության հետ) և MARD (չափավոր տարիքային)։
Ուսումնասիրության մեջ ներառվել է 2-րդ տիպի դիաբետով շուրջ 3325 մարդ և գրեթե 3900 վերահսկիչ մասնակից՝ Նորվեգիայում և Շվեդիայում երկարատև դիտարկմամբ (միջին տևողությունը՝ 17 տարի)։ Վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ ծխողները՝ ինչպես նախկին, այնպես էլ ներկա, ունեցել են բոլոր չորս ենթատեսակների զարգացման ավելի բարձր ռիսկ՝ համեմատած նրանց հետ, ովքեր երբեք չեն ծխել։
Ռիսկն առավել նկատելիորեն աճել է SIRD ենթատեսակի համար. ծխողներն ունեցել են 2,15 անգամ ավելի բարձր հավանականություն՝ հիվանդանալու դրանով՝ համեմատած չծխողների հետ։ SIDD, MOD և MARD ենթատեսակների համար ռիսկը բարձրացել է համապատասխանաբար 20%, 29% և 27%-ով։
Բացի այդ, շատ ծխելը (օրինակ՝ 15 տուփ-տարի կամ ավելի) էլ ավելի է մեծացրել ռիսկը. օրինակ՝ SIRD-ի համար՝ 2,35 անգամ աճ, SIDD, MOD և MARD-ի համար՝ ռիսկի բարձրացում համապատասխանաբար 52%, 57% և 45%-ով։ Պարզվել է նաև, որ առանց ծխի ծխախոտի (snus) օգտագործումը, որը տարածված է Սկանդինավիայում, կապված է ծանր ենթատեսակների՝ հատկապես SIDD-ի և SIRD-ի բարձր ռիսկի հետ՝ համեմատած նրանց հետ, ովքեր չեն օգտագործել snus:
Հետազոտողները պարզել են, որ այն մարդիկ, ովքեր ունեն գենետիկ նախատրամադրվածություն 2-րդ տիպի դիաբետի նկատմամբ, հատկապես ինսուլինի նվազած սեկրեցիայի, ենթակա են էլ ավելի մեծ ռիսկի, եթե նրանք ինտենսիվ ծխում են։ Օրինակ, շատ ծխելը և ինսուլինի խանգարված սեկրեցիայի բարձր գենետիկ ռիսկը մեծացնում են SIRD-ով հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը ավելի քան 3,5 անգամ՝ համեմատած առանց այդ գործոնների մարդկանց հետ։
Գիտնականների եզրակացությունը. Ծխելը 2-րդ տիպի դիաբետի բոլոր ենթատեսակների համար ռիսկի զգալի գործոն է, սակայն հատկապես ուժեղ է ազդում ինսուլինառեզիստենտ ծանր ենթատեսակի զարգացման վրա։ Սա ընդգծում է հիվանդության կանխարգելման գործում ծխելը թողնելու կարևորությունը, ինչպես նաև գենետիկ տեղեկատվության օգտագործման հնարավորությունը՝ որոշելու այն մարդկանց, ովքեր կարող են լրացուցիչ օգնության կարիք ունենալ ծխելը թողնելու համար։
