Վաղարշապատի ընտրությունները՝ փորձաքար համապետական պայքարից առա՞ջ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նոյեմբերի 19-ին կայանալիք՝ Վաղարշապատ խոշորացված համայնքի ավագանու ընտրությունները չեն սահմանափակվելու միայն տեղական մակարդակով. դրանք կարող են դառնալ համապետական փոփոխությունների սկիզբ։ Այս մասին օրերս հայտարարել է «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Վանեցյանը՝ կուսակցության Վաղարշապատի գրասենյակի բացման արարողության ժամանակ։ Վանեցյանը նաև պաշտոնապես հայտարարել է, որ այդ ընտրություններին համայնքի ղեկավարի իրենց թեկնածուն բանաստեղծ Խաչիկ Մանուկյանն է։
Նշենք, որ Խաչիկ Մանուկյանը ընդգծված ընդդիմադիր գործիչ է: Նրա որդին՝ Վաչագան Մանուկյանը, զոհվել է Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմում։
Վերջին օրերին մամուլում շրջանառվում են տեղեկություններ, որ իշխող ՔՊ-ի վիճակը Վաղարշապատում չափազանց ծանր է։ Նախորդ համայնքապետ Դիանա Գասպարյանի վարչակազմը ձախողել է ՔՊ-ի բոլոր նախընտրական խոստումները, իսկ նրա և ընտանիքի անունը կապվում է լուրջ քրեական գործերի հետ։ Այս հանգամանքները խնդրահարույց են դարձրել իշխող ուժի՝ քվե ստանալու հնարավորությունները: Սրան գումարած՝ ՔՊ-ի թեկնածու Արգիշտի Մեխակյանն էլ հակասական վերաբերմունքի է արժանանում հասարակության շրջանում. տեղացիները նրան չեն ներում, որ, լինելով Արցախյան ազատամարտի հերոս Մեխակ Մեխակյանի որդին, միացել է Փաշինյանի թիմին։
Մի խոսքով, Վաղարշապատի ընտրությունները խոստանում են դառնալ ոչ միայն ներհամայնքային պայքար, այլև համապետական նշանակության յուրատեսակ փորձադաշտ, որտեղ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը նպատակ ունեն իշխանությանը պարտության մատնել և արձանագրել նոր քաղաքական իրողությունների սկիզբ։
