Ազատի կացարանում տեղի ունեցած հրդեհի հետևանքով զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողները դժգոհ են գործով առաջին դատավճռից. կրտսեր սերժանտ Ռադիկ Մաթևոսյանը դատապարտվել է 3 տարվա ազատազրկման:

NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում հրդեհի հետևանքով զոհված Հայկ Կիրակոսյանի հայրը՝ Գաբրիել Կիրակոսյանը նշեց, որ դատախազը պահանջել էր 5 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարել Ռադիկ Մաթևոսյանին, և ծնողների համար անհասկանալի է, թե ինչու է դատավորը նման որոշում կայացրել։

«Որքան էլ ծանր լինի պատիժը, 15 երեխայի մահվան հետ չես կարող համեմատել. 15 երիտասարդ տղայի կյանք է ընդհատվել, դատարանի ոչ մի վճիռ չի կարող մեր կորստին համաչափ լինել։ Ռադիկն ու մյուսները, բացի այն, որ չեն ուզում գործը բացահայտվի, ամեն ինչ անում են, որ գործը փակվի»,–ասաց Գաբրիել Կիրակոսյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, բոլոր մեղադրյալները շարունակում են առաջ տանել պաշտոնական վարկածը և խանգարում իրականության բացահայտմանը։

«Եթե անգամ այնքան միամիտ լինենք, որ պաշտոնական վարկածին հավատանք, որը ինչպես մյուսները, այնպես էլ Ռադիկն է առաջ քաշում, ապա այդ վարկածը Ռադիկին հաստատ ձեռք չի տալիս։ Եթե մենք հավատանք պաշտոնական վարկածին, ապա համար առաջին մեղավորը Ռադիկն է, որովհետև եթե ինքը լիներ այնտեղ, որտեղ պիտի լիներ՝ վառարանի կողքին, վառարանը չէր հանգչի, Եղիշեն էլ չէր բերի բենզին լցներ ու հրդեհը չէր լինի։ Քանի դեռ վճիռը չէր կայացվել, ես նրան անմեղ էի համարում՝ հաշվի առնելով անմեղության կանխավարկածը։ Բայց ինքը մինչև վերջ նույն վարկածը առաջ տարավ ու մեղավոր ճանաչվեց։ Հիմա ես համարում եմ, որ Ռադիկն իմ երեխայի մահվան առաջին մեղավորներից է։ Ես չեմ ուզում, որ ոչ մի երիտասարդ տղա բանտ ընկնի, բայց այն, որ նրանք մեր տղաների արյունն ուրանալով առաջ են տանում պաշտոնական վարկածը, ինձ համար անընդունելի է»–ասաց Գաբրիել Կիրակոսյանը։

Ավելի վաղ Գլխավոր դատախազությունից հայտնել էին, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղի զորամասում բռնկված հրդեհի գործով առաջին դատավճիռն է կայացվել` Գեղարքունիքի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը մեղադրյալ կրտսեր սերժանտ Ռադիկ Մաթևոսյանին օգոստոսի 21-ին դատապարտել է 3 տարվա ազատազրկման:

«Ժամկետային զինծառայող, կրտսեր սերժանտ Ռ․Մ․-ն, որը 2023 թվականի հունվարի 18-19-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ընդգրկված է եղել վաշտի վերակարգում և որպես վաշտի հերթապահ ծառայություն է իրականացրել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղում գտնվող զորամասի ինժեներասակրավորային վաշտի անձնակազմի տեղակայման վայրում, մեղավոր է ճանաչվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 543-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ կետով (ներքին ծառայության կանոնագրքային կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու (մարդկանց) մահ) նախատեսված հանցագործության կատարման մեջ»,– ասված էր հայտարարության մեջ։
