Հայաստանում նախատեսվում է մշակել կաթնատու անասնապահության զարգացման ռազմավարություն

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանն այսօր ընդունել է շվեդական հայտնի «ԴեԼավալ» ընկերության Անդրկովկասի և Մոլդովայի տարածքային տնօրեն Օլեգ Պավլովի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը` Հայաստանում կաթնատու անասնապահության զարգացման հնգամյա ռազմավարության մշակման հարցը քննարկելու նպատակով: Հանդիպմանը ներկա էր նաև «Ագրոբիզնեսի և գյուղի զարգացման կենտրոն» (CARD) հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Գագիկ Սարդարյանը:
ԴեԼավալ ընկերությունը համաշխարհային շուկայում կաթի արտադրության տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներ առաջարկող առաջատար կազմակերպությունն է և ունի տարածաշրջանում նմանատիպ ռազմավարությունների մշակման հարուստ փորձ:
«Անասնապահությունը մեր երկրի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի գերակա ուղղություններից մեկն է: Այս ոլորտում առանձնապես կարևոր է գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիների կաթնատվության բարձրացումը, և ես համոզված եմ, որ մշակվող ռազմավարությունը էապես կնպաստի կաթի արտադրության ծավալների ավելացմանը», - ողջունելով հյուրերին` նշել է նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը:
Ռազմավարությունը նպատակ ունի մի շարք առանցքային բարելավումներ արձանագրել, մասնավորապես՝ կրկնապատկել կովերի կաթնատվությունը և նպաստել կաթի որակական հատկանիշների բարելավմանը:
Ռազմավարության մշակման ընթացքում կուսումնասիրվեն ոլորտում առկա իրավիճակը, ենթակառուցվածքները, և վեր կհանվեն զարգացմանը էապես խոչընդոտող կամ խթանող գործոնները:
Հնգամյա ռազմավարության մշակումը նախատեսվում է իրականացնել ՔԱՐԴ ԱգրոՍերվիս ՓԲԸ-ի հետ համատեղ մինչև 2016 թվականի ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսները:
Պատվիրակության անդամ, ընկերության գլխամասի Գլոբալ ծրագրերի նախագծման բաժնի կաթի փորձագետ Ստեֆան Բերգստանդն իր հերթին տեղեկացրել է, որ ընկերության աջակցությամբ մշակված զարգացման ռազմավարություններն ու ծրագրերն այսօր հաջողությամբ կիրառվում են մի շարք երկրներում:
Ընդգծելով, որ ռազմավարության մշակման և հետագայում հաջող իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ է հաշվի առնել Հայաստանի անասնապահության ոլորտի ողջ առանձնահատկություններն ու ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները` նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը միաժամանակ պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել առավելագույնս աջակցել ռազմավարության մշակմանը:
