Ադրբեջանցի գործարարի նախկին անվտանգության աշխատակիցն ազատազրկվել է 14,5 տարով՝ Աբրահամ Ռուսոյի դեմ մահափորձի համար

Մոսկվայի կայազորային ռազմական դատարանն ադրբեջանական ծագումով գործարար Թելման Իսմայիլովի նախկին անվտանգության աշխատակից Թարխան Էլդուկաևին, որը մեղադրվում է երգիչ Աբրահամ Ռուսոյի դեմ 2006 թվականին կատարված մահափորձի և Գուրշումով գործարարների սպանության փորձին օժանդակելու մեջ, դատապարտել է 14,5 տարվա ազատազրկման ընդհանուր ռեժիմի գաղութում, հաղորդում է ТАСС-ը։
«Դատարանը Թարխան Էլդուկաևին դատապարտել է 14,5 տարվա ազատազրկման ընդհանուր ռեժիմի գաղութում, քրեական գործը վերաորակել է ՌՍՖՍՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 102-րդ հոդվածով և մասամբ բավարարել Գուրշումովի քաղաքացիական հայցը՝ 2,5 միլիոն ռուբլու չափով»,- ասել է գործակալության աղբյուրը։
Մեղադրողը Էլդուկաևի համար պահանջել է 15 տարվա ազատազրկում։
Փաստաբան Ռուսլան Զակալյուժնին ТАСС-ին հայտնել է, որ Էլդուկաևի դատավճիռը չափազանց խիստ և անարդար է։
«Մենք կբողոքարկենք։ Հաշվի չեն առնվել նշանակալի անձնական հանգամանքները և իրադարձությունների ժամանակը, որոնք զգալիորեն նվազեցնում են հասարակական վտանգը»,- ասել է նա։
Փաստաբանը նշել է, որ իր պաշտպանյալը լիովին արդարացվել է Ռուսոյի հետ կապված միջադեպի գործով, իսկ Ռուսոյի հայցը մերժվել է։
Ավելի վաղ ТАСС-ը հայտնել էր, որ Մոսկվայի կայազորային ռազմական դատարանի ժյուրին Թարխան Էլդուկաևին անմեղ է ճանաչել երգիչ Աբրահամ Ռուսոյի դեմ 2006 թվականին կատարված մահափորձի մեջ։ Էլդուկաևը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել Գուրշումով գործարարների սպանության փորձին օժանդակելու և դրդելու մեջ։
Քննիչների տվյալներով՝ 2006 թվականին գործարար Թելման Իսմայիլովը, անձնական թշնամանք ունենալով Ռուսոյի նկատմամբ, որը հրաժարվել էր իր հովանավորությունից, որոշել է սպանել նրան։ Այդ նպատակով Իսմայիլովի անձնական թիկնապահը և վստահելի Էլդուկաևը անհայտ անձանց միջոցով վարձել է Միխայիլ Դեմկինին, Վիտալի Ջուրային և Ալեքսեյ Տրյասնիկովին։ 2006 թվականի օգոստոսի 19-ին Մոսկվայի Պլյուշչիխա փողոցի շենքի մոտ Դեմկինը ավտոմատ հրացանից առնվազն վեց կրակոց է արձակել Ռուսոյի և նրա հետ ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող անվտանգության աշխատակցի վրա՝ վիրավորելով արտիստին: Հանցակիցները չեն կարողացել ավարտին հասցնել իրենց հանցագործությունը՝ զոհին ժամանակին բժշկական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու շնորհիվ։
Բացի դրանից, քննության տվյալներով, 1996 թվականի դեկտեմբերին, ձեռնարկատերեր Թաիր Գուրշումովի և Թելման Իսմայիլովի միջև կոնֆլիկտից հետո, որոնք վարձակալում էին հողամասեր Մոսկվայի Չերկիզովսկի շուկայում, Իսմայիլովը Էլդուկաևին հանձնարարել է գտնել անձանց, որոնք պատրաստ են դրամական պարգևի դիմաց կատարել Գուրշումովի սպանությունը: 1996 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ին անհայտ անձը ատրճանակից առնվազն յոթ կրակոց է արձակել Գուրշումով եղբայրների վրա Մոսկվայի Շչերբակովսկայա փողոցի շենքի մուտքի մոտ: Եղբայրներից մեկը ծանր վիրավորվել է, իսկ մյուսը՝ սպանվել։
Ջուրան և Տրյասնիկովը նախկինում դատապարտվել են Ռուսոյի դեմ մահափորձին օժանդակելու և դրդելու համար։ Դեմկինի դեմ քրեական գործը կարճվել է նրա մահվան կապակցությամբ: Միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Իսմայիլովի և մյուս հանցակիցների դեմ հետաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
