Շահումյան գյուղում վերամբարձ կռունկին ամրացված երկաթե զամբյուղից երկու աշխատակիցներ վայր են ընկել

Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 20-ին, աշխատանքային կանոնների չպահպանման հետևանքով արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 11:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արտաշատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Շահումյան գյուղում գործող «Հայասա» գործարանից 2 քաղաքացի տեղափոխվել է «Արտաշատ» բժշկական կենտրոն։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի մարզային քրեական վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանը, ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի պետ Արտավազդ Սարգսյանն ու ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Արարատի մարզի գումարտակի հրամանատար Գևորգ Զաքարյանն ու նույն գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Աբել Վարդանյանը։Տեղում պարզվել է, որ նշված գործարանից, որը ավելի շատ հայտնի է «կիր»-ի գործարան, «Արտաշատ» բժշկական կենտրոն են տեղափոխվել Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 64-ամյա Կարապետ Մ.-ն և 64-ամյա Արսեն Ա.-ն։
Տեղում պարեկները ու ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ նշված անձինք այդ գործարանում նոր սարքավորումներ տեղադրելու ժամանակ վերամբարձ կռունկին ամրացված երկաթե զամբյուղի միջից՝ մոտ 6 մետր բարձրությունից վայր են ընկել։
Դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր և զամբյուղը, որի միջից ընկել են։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Տիգրան Շոխոյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Ներսես Մուրադյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ վիրավորներից մեկի վիճակը բժիշկները գնահատում են ծայրահեղ ծանր, իսկ մյուսինը՝ միջին ծանրության։
