Դուբայը պատրաստ է կրկին զարմացնել աշխարհը. Palm Jebel Ali-ն կդառնա արմավենու ձև ունեցող աշխարհի ամենամեծ կղզին՝ առաջարկելով գերշքեղ վիլլաներ, հյուրանոցներ և էկոլոգիապես մաքուր լուծումներ: Նախագիծը երկու անգամ մեծ է հայտնի Palm Jumeirah-ից, ընդգրկում է 13.4 քառակուսի կիլոմետր և ավելացնում է ավելի քան 100 կիլոմետր նոր ջրափնյա տարածք՝ բնակության, զվարճանքի և բիզնեսի համար։
Կղզին կազմված կլինի 16-17 «տերևներից» և շրջապատված կլինի յոթ լրացուցիչ կղզիներով, որոնք նախատեսված են 250,000 բնակչի համար: Այն նախատեսված է տեղավորելու 30,000-ից 50,000 ընտանիքների, ապահովելով ինքնաբավ շքեղ կյանք՝ 80-ից ավելի հինգաստղանի հյուրանոցներով, նավահանգիստներով, թեմատիկ այգիներով և խոհարարական կենտրոններով: Ամենասպասված առանձնահատկություններից է Sea Village-ը՝ ընտանեկան թեմատիկ այգի՝ ծովային թեմայով։
Նախագիծը կառուցվում է՝ հաշվի առնելով կայունությունը՝ ջրի խնայողությունը, վերականգնվող էներգիան և խելացի քաղաքային տեխնոլոգիաների ինտեգրումը։ Կղզու դիզայնը խորհրդանշում է արմավենին և արտացոլում է տարածաշրջանի իսլամական և գոլֆի ավանդույթները՝ համատեղելով արդիականությունը մշակութային ժառանգության հետ։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, Աբու Դաբիում կառուցվում է Brabus Island-ը՝ Brabus շքեղ ավտոմեքենաների ապրանքանիշի դիզայնով ոգեշնչված 92 պրեմիում վիլլաներով բացառիկ նախագիծ։ Կղզին կառաջարկի մասնավոր լողափեր, պենտհաուսներ և շքեղության գագաթնակետ, որի շինարարությունը նախատեսվում է ավարտել մինչև 2029 թվականը։
Երկու նախագծերն էլ համատեղում են նորարարությունը, տեխնոլոգիան և շքեղությունը՝ հաստատելով ԱՄԷ-ի կարգավիճակը որպես շքեղ անշարժ գույքի համաշխարհային առաջատար։ Դրանք կդառնան մագնիս՝ աշխարհի ամենահարուստ անհատների համար, ովքեր փնտրում են կղզում ապրելակերպ, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր սանտիմետրը ներծծված է բացառիկությամբ և ոճով։
