Երկարատև COVID-ը և կանանց առողջությունը․ նոր հետազոտությունը բացահայտել է անսպասելի խանգարումներ դաշտանային ցիկլում

Էդինբուրգի համալսարանի (Մեծ Բրիտանիա) վերարտադրողական առողջության կենտրոնի գիտնականները պարզել են, որ «երկարատև COVID»-ը (Long COVID) կապված է դաշտանային ցիկլի անոմալիաների հետ՝ մասնավորապես՝ անսովոր առատ արյունահոսությունների, դաշտանի տևողության երկարացման կամ միջդաշտանային արտադրությունների ի հայտ գալու հետ, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ձվարանների ֆունկցիան պահպանված է։
Նրանց հետազոտության արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Nature Communications ամսագրում։
Հետազոտությունն ընդգրկել է մի քանի բաղադրիչ՝ առցանց հարցում, ախտանիշների հետևման տվյալներ հավելվածի միջոցով, ինչպես նաև արյան և էնդոմետրիումի նմուշների չափումներ՝ երկարատև COVID ունեցող և հսկիչ խմբի կանանց մոտ։ Համեմատվել են այն կանայք, ովքեր չեն հիվանդացել COVID-19-ով, ունեցել են հիվանդության սուր ձև, և նրանք, ում մոտ զարգացել է երկարատև COVID։
Պարզվել է, որ երկարատև COVID ունեցող կանանց մոտ ավելի հաճախ դիտվում են՝ առատ դաշտաններ, դաշտաններ, որոնք տևում են ավելի քան ութ օր, բաց թողնված դաշտանային փուլեր, ինչպես նաև միջդաշտանային արյունահոսություն։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, դաշտանների հաճախականությունն ու կանոնավորությունը զգալիորեն չեն տարբերվել։
Դաշտանային ցիկլի ախտանիշները առավել արտահայտված են եղել ուշ սեկրետոր և դաշտանային փուլերում, ինչպես նաև պրոլիֆերատիվ փուլում։ Երկարատև COVID տարած կանանց արյան մեջ սեկրետոր փուլում հայտնաբերվել են 5α-դիհիդրոտեստոստերոնի բարձր մակարդակներ։ Էնդոմետրիումում արձանագրվել են փոփոխություններ՝ անդրոգենային ռեցեպտորով դրական բջիջների քանակի նվազում և բորբոքային ակտիվության բարձրացում։
Հեղինակները եզրակացնում են, որ երկարատև COVID-ի դեպքում ձվարանների ֆունկցիան հիմնականում պահպանվում է, իսկ հիմնական գործոնները, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կապված են անդրոգենային կարգավորման խանգարումների և բորբոքման հետ։ Նրանք խորհուրդ են տալիս շարունակել նպատակային բուժման մեթոդների ուսումնասիրությունը, ինչպես նաև հաշվի առնել դաշտանային ցիկլի փուլը՝ կենսանշանների և թերապիայի մշակման ժամանակ։
