«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Իշխանությունների պատվերը կատարող քննիչների «կարած» քրեական գործերն, ի վերջո, նրանց համար դառնալու են դատավճիռ: Այս և մի շարք այլ հայտարարություններով ու պաստառներով երեկ ՔԿ Զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության 4-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի դիմաց ակցիա էին իրականացնում «Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչները:

Այս անգամ նրանք բարձրաձայնում էին հատկապես երեք քննիչի ու մեկ դատավորի անուն, որոնք գեներալների դեմ գործեր են «կարում» կամ դատարանում «դակում» են: Խոսքը Արթուր Խաչատրյանի, Աշոտ Վարդանյանի, Արտակ Խաչատրյանի և Մեսրոպ Մակյանի մասին է: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալմայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանի ստեղծած կուսակցության անդամները նշում էին, թե իրենք սպասում են այն օրվան, երբ Հայաստանում վերջապես գերակա կլինի օրենքը և ոչ թե քաղաքական պատվերն, ու իրենք կգան քրգործեր «կարող» բոլոր քննիչների «հետևից»: Ակցիայի կազմակերպիչները ամոթանք տվեցին բոլոր քննիչներին. «Ինչպե՞ս ես գիշերները քնում, ինչպե՞ս եք գլուխներդ բարձին դնում»,-զարմանում էին նրանք:

Մասնակիցները նաև նշեցին, որ իրենք մի շարք փաստեր ունեն և՛ այդ քննիչների, և՛ այլ քննիչների ու նրանց հետ փոխկապակցված անձանց, այդ թվում՝ ընտանիքների անդամների վերաբերյալ: Ըստ այդմ, նրանք խոստացան պարբերաբար բարձրաձայնել բոլոր այն «իրավապահների» անունները, որոնք զբաղված են գործեր «կարելով», ինչպես նաև հրապարակել վերոնշյալ փաստերը:
