«Մեր Ձևով» շարժման աճող վստահությունը

Անցյալ շաբաթ՝ սեպտեմբերի 12-ի դրությամբ, «Մեր Ձևով» շարժմանը միանալու հայտ է ներկայացրել արդեն երկու հազար քաղաքացի։ Թիվը միայն թիվ չէ․ այն հստակ ցույց է տալիս հանրապետությունում առկա մեծ պահանջարկն ու սպասումը այն մարդկանց հանդեպ, ովքեր պատրաստ են լսել հասարակությանը և գործնական լուծումներ առաջարկել։

Տավուշի մարզում շարժման ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումները վերածվեցին անկեղծ ու ջերմ ընդունելության։ Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ ժողովուրդը աստիճանաբար սկսում է տեսնել իրական տարբերությունը՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանի կատարած գործերի և իշխանությունների կողմից արհեստականորեն ներկայացվող պատկերի միջև։ Այն, ինչ տարիներ շարունակ պաշտոնական հարթակներում ներկայացվում էր որպես պետական նախաձեռնություն, իրականում ծնվել է անձնական նախաձեռնության և պատասխանատվության զգացումից։

Չնայած իշխանությունների կողմից գործադրվող ճնշումներին, «Մեր Ձևով» շարժումն արդեն իսկ այցելում է մարզեր՝ լսելու բնակիչներին, քննարկելու նրանց խնդիրները և առաջարկելու լուծումներ։ Առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է ներկայացնել նաև ծրագրեր, որոնք վերաբերում են առողջապահության ոլորտի բարեփոխմանը։ Սա խոստանում է դառնալ ոչ թե հերթական կեղծ քաղաքական կարգախոս, այլ կյանքի կոչվող գործնական քայլ։

Շարժման նախաձեռնություններից առանձնանում է Սևանա լճի զարգացման ծրագիրը։ Առաջարկվում է լիճը վերածել ձմեռային զբոսաշրջության կենտրոնի՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի տնտեսական աշխուժացումը խթանելու համար։ Նմանատիպ օրինակները ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում են, որ շարժումը չի սահմանափակվում միայն խոստումներով․ այն փորձում է բերել ապագայի հստակ պատկեր և դրա իրագործման ճանապարհային քարտեզ։

«Մեր Ձևով» շարժման հաջողությունը պայմանավորված է ոչ միայն առաջնորդի փորձով և կատարած գործերով, այլև մարդկանց կողմից վստահության վերականգնման ցանկությամբ։ Այս վստահությունն է, որ դառնում է շարժման ամենամեծ ուժը։
