Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
Բոլոր նիստերի ժամանակ ինձ քննարկել կարելի է, բայց իմ կողմից Ձեզ քննարկել չի՞ կարելի, ի՞նչ անհավասար պայմաններ են. դատական նիստի ժամանակ իր եզրափակիչ խոսքում, դիմելով դատավորին, ասաց Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել Սրբազանը:
«Դուք ինձ հանցագործ եք համարում, ես իրավունք չունե՞մ Ձեզ համարժեք պատասխան տալու: Ինչո՞ւ, չագուչն էլ է ձեր ձեռքին, մուրճն էլ, իմը միայն խոսքն է։ Դուք ինձ հանցագործ եք ներկայացնում, և ես իրավունք չունե՞մ ասելու, որ հանցագործը դուք եք», - ասաց Միքայել Սրբազանը:
Նշենք, որ դատավոր Արմինե Մելիքսեթյանը նկատողություն էր արել Սրբազանին՝ նշելով. «Դատարանի նկատմամբ հարգալից լինի և վիրավորական արտահայտություններ չօգտագործի»։
Սրբազանն իր խոսքում նշեց, որ զոհված եղբայրներն, իր զոհված զավակները չէին ների իրեն, եթե մեղադրյալ չլիներ։
«1992-1994 թվականին զոհված իմ եղբայրները չէին թողնի, որ ես այլ կերպ անեի, 2020 թվականին զոհված մեր զավակները ևս չէին թողնի, որ ես այլ տեղ լինեմ, ես պետք է լինեմ այնտեղ, որտեղ հիմա եմ։ Որովհետև այս իշխանությունը զրոյացրել է իմ եղբայրների ձեռբերումները, զրոյացրել է 2020 թվականի 18 տարեկան 5,000 տղաների՝ իմ զավակների, ձեռբերումները, ես այլ տեղ չեմ կարող լինել, ես ամենաշահեկան տեղում եմ»,- ասաց նա։
Սրբազանը նշեց, որ չէր ցանկանա լինել պաշտապանների տեղը, որոնք կարծես խոսում են պատի հետ:
«Չէի ուզենա լինել նաև ժողովրդի բարերարների տեղը, ովքեր այնտեղ նստած տվայտվում են այս անարդարությունից, առավել ևս չէի ուզենա լինել մեղադրողների տեղը: Աստված մի արասցե, չէի ունենա, դատարանի տեղը լինելու ցանկություն չունեմ, լավագույն տեղը, որտեղ կարող էի լինել՝ մեղադրողի աթոռն է, և ես ուրախ եմ, որ այս աթոռին եմ, այս պայմաններում»,- ասաց նա։
