Իսրայելի կառավարությունը հստակ մտադրություն է հայտնել մշտական վերահսկողություն հաստատել Գազայի նկատմամբ և ապահովել հրեական մեծամասնություն բռնազավթումը Արևմտյան ափին, հայտնել է Reuters-ը։
ՄԱԿ-ի զեկույցում մանրամասն նկարագրվում է Իսրայելի իշխանությունների կողմից Գազայի միջանցքներում և բուֆերային գոտում քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների լայնածավալ և համակարգված ոչնչացումը, որի արդյունքում Իսրայելը մինչև այս տարվա հուլիսը ընդլայնել է իր վերահսկողությունը Գազայի հատվածի 75 տոկոսի նկատմամբ։ «Իսրայելի զինված ուժերը միտումնավոր փոխել են նաև Գազայի աշխարհագրությունը՝ ստեղծելով ռազմական միջանցքներ, ընդլայնելով սահմանային բուֆերային գոտին և ստեղծելով անվտանգության գոտիներ»,- նշվում է Պաղեստինի օկուպացված տարածքների հետաքննության հարցերով ՄԱԿ-ի հանձնաժողովի զեկույցում։
Իսրայելը պնդում է, որ պատերազմը ոչ թե Գազայի ժողովրդի, այլ ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի դեմ է, որի զինյալները 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 7-ին գլխավորեցին Իսրայելի վրա հարձակումը, ինչն էլ սկիզբ դրեց պատերազմին։
Իսրայելը պնդում է, որ զեկույցը «ամեն ինչ գլխիվայր է շրջում»։ Ժնևում Իսրայելի առաքելությունը մերժել է զեկույցի եզրակացությունները։
«ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը մտադիր է ցեղասպանություն իրականացնել Իսրայելի դեմ. զեկույցն ամեն ինչ գլխիվայր է շրջում: Այդ հանձնաժողովը ոչ մի առիթ բաց չի թողնում բացահայտելու իր իրական բնույթը և քաղաքական օրակարգը»,- հայտարարել են Ժնևում Իսրայելի առաքելությունում։
ՄԱԿ-ի հանձնաժողովը միաժամանակ պարզել է, որ 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերից ի վեր Իսրայելի քաղաքականությունը ցույց է տվել պաղեստինցիներին բռնի տեղահանելու, հրեական բնակավայրերը ընդլայնելու և ամբողջ Արևմտյան ափը անեքսիայի ենթարկելու հստակ մտադրություն։
«Բնակիչների կողմից բռնի հարձակումների աճը հանգեցրել է համայնքների բռնի տեղահանմանը և հետագայում Արևմտյան ափի տարածքների հրեականացմանը»,- նշված է զեկույցում։
Այն միաժամանակ ընդգծում է Ջենինի, Թուլքարմի և Նուր Շամսի փախստականների ճամբարներում տեղի ունեցած ռազմական գործողությունները, որոնք հանգեցրել են տների և ենթակառուցվածքների ոչնչացմանը և բնակիչների տեղահանմանը. գործողություններ, որոնք հանձնաժողովը համարում է ռազմական առումով անարդարացի և համարժեք կոլեկտիվ պատժի։
