Երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 23-ին, կրակոցներ ու սպանություններ են տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում: Ժամը 23:50-ից սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում և նույն վարչության Արմավիրի քրեական վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Փարաքար խոշորացված համայնքի Մերձավան բնակավայրում կրակոցներ են հնչել և կան վիրավորներ:
Ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին է ժամանել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը։Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչութան պետ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Վարդան Վարդանյանը, Արմավիրի քրեական վարչության պետ Արթուր Բդոյանը:
Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության պետ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Կարեն Հակոբյանը, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանապետի տեղակալ, պարեկային ծառայության պետ ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Խուդինյանը: Ոստիկանները Մերձավան վարչական բնակավայրի՝ Երևանյան խճուղում հայտնաբերել են արնանման հետքեր, կրակված պարկուճներ, գլխարկ, կոշիկ, բջջային հեռախոս և նիսան մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա որի վրա կա կրակոցի հետք:
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Հրաչ Ղազարյանի: Տեղում աշխատում է նաև Քննչական կոմիտեի փորձաքրեագետը:
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ կրակոցների հետևանքով հիվանդանոցում մահացել են Փարաքար համայնքի ղեկավար Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը, և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության օպերլիազոր է, կա մեկ վիրավոր: Դեպքի փաստով Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում «սպանություն» և «սպանության փորձ»-ի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
