Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը 42 տարեկան էր, ունի չորս երեխա

Անցած կեսգիշերին Փարաքարում իր տան բակում սպանված համայնքապետ Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը 42 տարեկան է։ Նա ունի չորս երեխա։ Վ. Գրիգորյանը Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հիմնադրած «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության անդամ էր։
Վալոդյա Գրիգորյանը ծնվել է 1983թ նոյեմբերի 16-ին Արմավիրի մարզի Մերձավան համայնքում:
1991-2001 թթ. հաճախել է Մերձավան համայնքի միջնակարգ դպրոցը:
2001-2005 թթ. սովորել է ՀՀ Ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի հայկական պետական ինստիտուտում՝ «Ֆիզկուլտուրան և սպորտը» մասնագիտությամբ, ստացել է «ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և սպորտի մանկավարժի, կարատեդոյի մարզչի» որակավորում:
2016-2018թթ. ստացել է Կառավարման մագիստրոսի աստիճան՝ Կառավարում մասնագիտությամբ:
2022թ.-ին ավարտել է «Մատենա» միջազգային դպրոցի «ՀՀ համայնքների արդյունավետ կառավարում» համայնքային պաշտոնյաների մասնագիտական զարգացման ծրագիրը։
2004թ. աշխատել է Մերձավանի «Կրթություն և մշակույթ» միացյալ տնօրինությունում որպես սպորտ հրահանգիչ:
2005-2007թթ. աշխատել է Մերձավանի գյուղապետարանում:
2007-2011թթ. աշխատել է Մերձավանի գյուղական համայնքի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի առաջատար մասնագետի համայնքային ծառայողի պաշտոնում։ Շնորհվել է համայնքային ծառայության 1-ին դասի կրտսեր ծառայողի դասային աստիճան:
2011-2016 թթ․ զբաղվել է անհատ ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ:
2016թ-2021թ.եղել է «Վալոդյա Գրիգորյան» ՍՊԸ հիմնադիր տնօրենը:
2023թ․ ապրիլի 22-ին ընտրվել է «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի անդամ:
2021-2025թ․ Փարաքար համայնքի ավագանու անդամ է և Փարաքար համայնքի «Ապրելու Երկիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար։
2025թ-ի ապրիլի 19-ին ստանձնել է Փարաքար համայնքի ղեկավարի լիազորությունները։
Ամուսնացած է, ունի չորս երեխա։
