Եվրամիությունը 2017-ին Հայաստանում վճռորոշ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ է կանխատեսում

Եվրամիությունը հավատացած է, որ 2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները վճռորոշ կլինեն Հայաստանի համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց Հայաստանում Եվրամիության պատվիրակության ղեկավար, արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին: «Դա առաջին համապետական ընտրությունն է, որը կանցկացվի Սահմանադրությամբ սահմանված նոր համակարգին անցում կատարելու նպատակով: Հայաստանը անցում է կատարում խորհդարանական կառավարման համակարգին: Որոշ առումով սա նախադեպ է, և մենք հուսով ենք, որ դա լավ նախադեպ կլինի»,-ասաց դեսպանը:
Պյոտր Սվիտալսկիի խոսքով, այստեղ կարևորվում է մի քանի հանգամանք: Նախ մի կողմից անհրաժեշտ է քաղաքացիների վստահությունն ընտրական գործընթացի, Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարական կառույցների լեգիտիմության նկատմամբ: Մյուս կողմից կարևորվում է Հայաստանի միջազգային հեղինակությունը:
«Եթե ընտրություններն անցնեն այնպես, որ կասկածներ առաջ բերեն, ապա ոչ հայերը պետական կառույցներին կվստահեն, ոչ էլ Հայաստանի միջազգային հեղինակությունը կնպաստի ներդրումներ բերելուն: Հետևաբար, մենք ասում ենք, ուշադիր դիտարկեք ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի զեկույցը, որտեղ նշված են թույլ կետերը, թերությունները: Եվ այդ թերություններն առաջին անգամ չեն մատնացույց արվում: Երբ խոսում ենք իշխանության և ընդդիմության հետ, տեսնում ենք, որ թույլ կետերի շուրջ կարծես թե ընդհանուր մոտեցումներ կան: Որո՞նք են դրանք: Նախ ընտրողների ռեգիստրը, երկրորդը` քվեարկության օրը քվեների հաշվարկի ու դրանք ամփոփելու գործընթացը: Զեկույցում նշված է, որ ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի թիմը սեփական աչքերով տեսել է, թե որոշ քվեներ ինչպես են զրոյացվել սովորական կարգին հակառակ: Այն էլ դիտորդների աչքի առաջ: Մի բան սխալ է, եթե նույնիսկ դիտորդների ներկայությունը չի կանխել այդ վատ պրակտիկան: Մենք կոչ ենք անում բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերին, քաղաքացիական հասարակությանը ներգրավվելու երկխոսության մեջ և ընդունելու ընտրական օրենսգիրք` լրջորեն անդրադառնալով մատնանշված թույլ կետերին: Առանց դրանք հաղթահարելու միշտ կլինի կասկածի մթնոլորտը»,-ավելացրեց դեսպանը:
