Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդում քննարկվել են սնանկությանն առնչվող օրենսդրական բարեփոխումները

Սնանկությանն առնչվող օրենսդրության բարեփոխումների համատեքստում Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամ Էդգար Հովհաննիսյանն այսօր հանդիպել է Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի փորձագետներ Եվգենյա Սիրակուզային և ԱՄՀ ներկայացուցիչ Վահրամ Ջանվելյանին։
Նա բարձր է գնահատել արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի աջակցությունը սնանկության ոլորտի բարեփոխումներին, մասնավորապես՝ ոլորտի օրենսդրության, այդ թվում սնանկության նոր օրենսգրքի մշակման լայնածավալ աշխատանքներին։
Էդգար Հովհաննիսյանը շեշտել է, որ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդն ի սկզբանե ներգրավված է եղել այդ գործընթացում, կազմակերպվել են հանդիպում- քննարկումներ դատավորների, Արդարադատության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչների, փորձագետների հետ։
Ստեղծվել է նաև օրենսգրքի մշակման հատուկ հարթակ իրավիճակի՝ վերլուծության, խնդիրների քննարկման ու լուծման նպատակով։
Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամը ներկայացրել է սնանկության դատարանի գործունեությանն ու առանձնահատկություններին վերաբերող տվյալներ։
Էդգար Հովհաննիսյանը խոսել է նաև դատավորների ծանրաբեռնվածությունը թեթևացնելու ուղիների՝ մասնավորապես Սնանկության դատարանը նոր դատավորներով համալրելու անհրաժեշտության և այդ նպատակով ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների մասին։
Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են էլեկտրոնային արդարադատության համակարգին առնչվող հարցեր։
Էդգար Հովհաննիսյանը, մասնավորապես, նշել է, որ սնանկության էլեկտրոնային մոդուլն արդեն ավարտական փուլում է և նախատեսվում է ներդնել տարեվերջին։
Կողմերը խոսել են սնանկության ոլորտին առնչվող միջազգային փորձի հաջող տեղայնացումից։
Քննարկմանն անդրադարձ է եղել նաև դատական համակարգի ամբողջական թվայնացման գործընթացին և այդ ուղղությամբ տարվող շարունակական աշխատանքներին։
