Մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ, երբ ես Փարիզում էի «փակված», ֆրանսիական հատուկ ծառայությունները միջնորդի միջոցով դիմեցին ինձ՝ Մոլդովայի նախագահական ընտրություններից առաջ օգնելու մոլդովական կառավարությանը՝ դրաքննության ենթարկել որոշ Telegram-ալիքներ։ Այս մասին գրել է հարթակի հիմնադիր Պավել Դուրովը։
«Ֆրանսիական (և մոլդովական) իշխանությունների կողմից նշված ալիքները դիտարկելուց հետո մենք հայտնաբերեցինք մի քանիսը, որոնք ակնհայտորեն խախտում էին մեր կանոնները, և հեռացրինք դրանք։ Այնուհետև միջնորդը ինձ փոխանցեց, որ այս համագործակցության դիմաց ֆրանսիական հետախուզությունը «շատ լավ բաներ» կասի իմ մասին այն դատավորին, որը 2024 թվականի օգոստոսին որոշում էր կայացրել իմ ձերբակալման վերաբերյալ», – պատմել է Դուրովը։
Ըստ նրա, դա մի քանի պատճառներով անընդունելի էր։
«Եթե գործակալությունը իսկապես դիմել է դատավորին, ապա դա դատական գործընթացին միջամտության փորձ է։ Եթե դա այդպես չէր, և պարզապես ասվում էր, որ այդ քայլն արվել է, ապա դա նշանակում էր իմ իրավական կարգավիճակի օգտագործում Ֆրանսիայում՝ ազդեցություն գործելու համար Արևելյան Եվրոպայի քաղաքական իրադարձությունների վրա — մի մոդել, որը մենք նկատել ենք նաև Ռումինիայում։
Շուտով Telegram-ի թիմը ստացավ, այսպես կոչված, «խնդրահարույց» մոլդովական ալիքների երկրորդ ցուցակը։ Ի տարբերություն առաջինի՝ գրեթե բոլոր այդ ալիքներն օրինական էին և լիովին համապատասխանում էին մեր կանոններին։
Նրանց միակ ընդհանուր հատկանիշն այն էր, որ նրանք արտահայտում էին քաղաքական դիրքորոշումներ, որոնք դուր չէին գալիս Ֆրանսիայի և Մոլդովայի կառավարություններին։ Մենք մերժեցինք այդ պահանջը։ Telegram-ը հավատարիմ է խոսքի ազատության սկզբունքներին և չի հեռացնի բովանդակություն քաղաքական շարժառիթներով։ Ես շարունակելու եմ բացահայտել Telegram-ի վրա գրաքննություն կիրառելու ցանկացած փորձ։ Մնացեք մեզ հետ», – նշել է նա։
