Ամռան ամիսներին թե՛ մեծերի, թե՛ փոքրերի ամենասիրելի մթերքը պաղպաղակն է: Փորձենք Աշտարակ-Կաթ ընկերության Որակի վերահսկողության բաժնի ղեկավարի օգնությամբ պարզել, թե ինչ օգտակար հատկություններ ունի պաղպաղակը, և որոնք են դրա օգտագործաման և պահպանման ցուցումները:

1. Ի՞նչ օգտակար հատկություններ ունի պաղպաղակը:

Պաղպաղակը բարձրացնում է իմունիտետը, հանդիսանում է կանխարգելիչ միջոց սթրեսի և անքնության դեպքում: Կաթնային հիմքով պաղպաղակը մեծ քանակությամբ կալցիում և այլ օգտակար տարրեր է պարունակում, որոնք ամրացնում են ոսկորները, կարգավորում արյան շրջանառությունը:

2. Որքա՞ն է փակ տուփով պաղպաղակի պահպանման ժամկետը, և որքա՞ն կարելի է այն բաց վիճակում պահել սառնարանում:

Փակ տուփով պաղպաղակը կարելի է պահպանել՝ -18°C-ում 6 ամիս,  -30°C-ում 10 ամիս: Խորհուրդ չի տրվում պաղպաղակը բացված վիճակում պահել սառնարանում:

3. Ի՞նչ սննդատեսակների հետ չի կարելի համադրել պաղպաղակը:

Պաղպաղակ ուտելուց առաջ կամ հետո չի թույլատրվում օգտագործել գազավորված ըմպելքներ, ձու, ձուկ, ինչպես նաև որոշ մրգերի տեսակներ՝ խաղող, թութ, ծիրան, ձմերուկ և սեխ: Պաղպաղակի և նման սննդատեսակների համադրումը կարող է հանգեցնել ստամոքսի խանգարումների:

4. Ո՞ր համային տեսականին ավելի մեծ պահանջարկ ունի:

Առաջին տեղում վանիլային պաղպաղակն է, սպառողներից շատերն են հավանում վանիլային պաղպաղակի պարզ և դասական համը: Երկրորդ տեղում շոկոլադե պաղպաղակն է, երրորդ հորիզոնականը կիսում են մրգային համով պաղպաղակները՝ հիմնականում ելակ, մորի, բալ:

5. Ինչո՞վ է առանձնանում Աշտարակ-Կաթ ընկերության պաղպաղակը:

Արդեն 20 տարի Աշտարակ-Կաթ ընկերության պաղպաղակի ողջ տեսականին պատրաստվում է անարատ կաթնային հումքից։ Հումքը մշակման բոլոր փուլերում անցնում է լաբորատոր և մանրէաբանական քննություններ՝ համապատասխանելով որակի խստագույն պահանջներին։  Պաղպաղակի մեջ օգտագործվում է միայն ընկերության կողմից արտադրված բնական մրգերից պյուրեներ և կոնֆիտյուրներ: Ընկերության տեսականին բազմազան է՝ շուրջ 45 տեսակ պաղպաղակ իրենց համային ենթատեսակներով՝ վանիլային, շոկոլադե, դեղձի, ելակի, բալի, ծիրանի, կապուչինոյի, ձմերուկի, խտացրած կաթի համերով, ծամոնի համով, գետնանուշով ու ջնարակով պատված: 

6. Ի՞նչ նոր համեր և նորույթներ ունի Աշտարակ-Կաթն իր սպառողի համար:
